Very smooth rental process. At the last minute on Friday evening called an hour before closing and they looked up equipment I wanted and had one left. Gave her credit card number over the phone while driving to store. Pulled up, called the number, hitched the lift up and drove out 10 min. before they closed.

It would have been a 10 if I had been able to use the tool I rented. The scissors lift I rented was unable to be used in an outdoor setting; I only realized this after I paid a wrecker service twice to pull it off my lawn when it got stuck. I paid $200 to rent the lift and the trailer; I spent $300 for the wrecker services. It would have been nice to know that prior to renting. Salespeople were top notch before and after contract.

Found the equipment I needed, it was available and on the date I needed it!!! Great price too!! From the ordering process at the store to the delivery, very professional and courteous!!
