Stopped into this location around 1 pm today they had a nice looking gentleman giving free samples of some kinda of new vodka timestop or timeless I believe. I sampled his drink and it was good. But back to the issue shortly after I heard the female manager by the name of Susan be little him and talk down him for doing what seem to be his job. She spoke poorly to him and about him being there at the wrong time. Who allowed him to be there??if you’re the manager?. Upon browsing the store I continued to her get loud with him demanding his bosses name and number. When I was checking out she explained to me that she hates when they send vendors to her shop to sell liquors. You would think as a manager you would want to increase your stores sales but being that I needed this as a last minute gift I will never be back to this location. The manager Susan is so rude unprofessional and talks down to workers. I did love the timestop or timeless vodka drink how ever today wasn’t a vodka day. I did edit this post but this was a few weeks ago now.

They have good prices. Staff was friendly. I did pick up a barrel select Elijah Craig about $10 cheaper than it total wine.

Good price for their great quality liquor

I stopped into WB Liquor this afternoon and bought a bottle of gin and another of whiskey. The prices are very competitive. I should add that I am an amputee that walks with a cane leaving me with one hand. Carrying my purchases to my car I dropped a 1.75 liter bottle of Johnny Walker Red and smashed it. I returned to the store to replace it. Susan the manager stepped up and gave me another bottle at no charge. Dropping it was totally on me, but Susan, the Manager, decided to make a policy adjustment in favor of a handicapped customer. This decision was very “Nordstrom” like and has made me a loyal customer for life. What an amazing act of kindness. I would highly recommend WB Liquor at Costco for your every adult beverage need.

Great prices and selection...

Great expansive selection of all kinds of wines and spirits. The staff is very cheerful and haelpful. They were able to provide quick information and great recommendations. We were looking to stock up for an event my wife was helping set up for and the staff really helped with selecting different items and even helped with some recipes.
