Great selection and a very kind and knowledgeable staff! They took the time to explain everything I needed to know, and then some regarding travel luggage. It had definitely won me over and I walked out feeling like the visit was well worth it!

Too much expensive

Had to get a luggage fixed... Service was good had to push a little since there luggages dont have a lifetime warranty anymore... But has mine still does... Quick turnaround fixed like always...!!!

Excellent service and very knowledgeable.

They say you get a 10 year warranty but it only lasted me 2 years, they say you can get it fixed in 3-4 weeks . Thats not gonna work for me I need it for work. So dont buy here unless you only need a bag for 2 years tops.

Nice bags but limited number of options. Bought a bag at a discounted price and still rocking it after 2 months.
