Leadership is more concerned about your overall appearance, clothing and cars you drive instead of focusing on employees skill set and expertise they bring to the company to add value and continued success. Shop employees are treated differently than office staff which is unfair as we all push hard daily to be successful. Advice for management is to be more professional and stop throwing others under the bus. Practice what you try to preach!
