There is no one to answer the phone at the location. They have an answering service. The delivery guy never calls or shows up when he’s supposed to. My mom has been waiting on her portable oxygen machine for months and they have it, but still have not delivered it. This place needs to be ran by more competent staff!! We called corporate, so I hope they go in a figure out what the issue is and overhaul this location.

The absolute worst. Huge scam. Everyone keeps telling me different things about my insurance and kept on charging me! First telling me Ive met my deducible and now telling me i havent so ive been billed 417$. Watch out for Kristi, lots of wrong information and in the end youll get charge. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

HORRIBLE!!! I was in the process of switching companies to linecare but not anymore! I have called six times and have had two no show deliveries. What if I run out of tanks! I am not switching now!

No help. Contacted, staff said the fax machine was low on paper. The order was placed on 5-26-2020. Seems like the only somewhat positive reviews come from face to face contact. Does that mean you have to drive to Katy to get anything resolved ?

My experience with this firm has been spectacular from the beginning. I have been dealing with a newly hired employee named Ashely who is as professional as one can be. The entire team went out of their way to handle my requests. Aaron their medical technician was also fun to work with. Others in the office include Stacy and Michelle. All top notch. No, Im not being paid for this review.I am first to comment when things dont go my way, so its nice to write a positive review. I went to this firm after firing one of their competitors who didnt seem to care less about my concerns.

I was not too impressed with Lincare at a different location than the Katy office. We were trying to get insurance approval for a portable oxygen concentrator for my husband. Was always told we would be called back but rarely received a call resulting in me having to call them again..usually with the same response. Months went by with no results. But then we moved to Katy and it took some doing to get the account transferred from the previous location to Katy. But once I began working with the Katy branch manager Rachel, things finally got moving again. She contacted the branch manager at the other location to make sure the account information was transferred to the Katy office. She stayed on the case and kept me informed. Always calling to let me know how far along in the process we were. Within a couple of weeks, we received insurance approval and the unit was delivered. Curlin delivered the unit to our home and gave us thorough instructions in how to use it. He was so knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this branch solely based on Rachels efforts, caring, thoroughness and kindness. She is such a nice person. A big thank you to Rachel and Curlin. Your efforts have changed my husbands life with his new POC.

Run as fast as you can to some other health service provider.For over two months we have had nothing but problems. No return calls despite promises. Years of files faxed from our last provider.....lost. Lucky for us we had copies with us that they could copy but it took a long time. We need c-pap supplies badly. Ours are over a year old and we cant even get new ones. It took a month & a half or more to finally get a much needed nebulizer and meds for it. They have very few people working there. A salesman is at the front desk and the manager quit and someone comes only a few days a week. Doesnt look like things will change anytime soon. We are going somewhere else.
