I had an excellent experience with Jerry. He does a fantastic job and is excellent to work with. He offered multiple options for any budget and was more than willing to adjust his schedule to handle construction delays. I would highly recommend him over larger “brand” names in this space. His prices were fair and the quality of the product was excellent.

Contacted them to see about a quote to have a TV installed in home. I never heard back from them. Ended up going to Best Buy to purchase a TV, and have it installed .

Jerry came to evaluate our current sound system and gave us several recommendations to meet our familys needs. He came back (quickly!) and installed new indoor and outdoor speakers. Jerry has been very responsive, and his work is excellent! We will definitely be using him for future projects!

Jerry was awesome! After getting no response from 2 other installers I tried Control Freaks and heard back right away. He was out here the next morning and got the job done. Everything looks great, and it cost just a little more than the expensive mount he suggested I return to Best Buy for one he provided for $50. Would definitely recommend Control Freaks and this is who I will be calling for any future needs.

Jerry is the best. He installed a beautiful home theater in our new phone for much less cost than big electronics stores and he gave us great customer service from start to finish. He had great ideas to make things user friendly and not complicated!

Jerry @ Control Freaks was excellent to work with. He did a great job mounting the tvs in our home in some tricky places and hid the wiring in a very creative manner as to not disturb the original woodwork in our 100 year old house. We loved his work so much that we hired him to work on a few other projects around the house, which also turned-out great. We highly recommend him.

Jerry set up my 70 on an over-sized mount. His work was excellent, made it look clean and did mounted an additional one in the basement. Once we get our shelving up Jerry will be coming back to help us finish. I would highly recommend Jerry.
