The shuttle service picked up promptly and was very courteous. I was in a time crunch, and needed my vehicle back by a certain time, and they had it done when they promised. The older gentleman that worked with me and assured me that he would return my vehicle on time was wonderful!

Everything went smooth and they even did some trading with other dealships to get the car we wanted. So far pretty happy with the car the total of 20 minutes of drving it. Id say my only issues with this transaction was they try to up sale multiple things off on you and extended warranty off on you. Overall good experience here at gustmans.
Had them change the rear main oil seal in my 09 Tahoe. They did a great job and their price was way better than anyplace else, and I called a lot of places. They even installed the upgraded parts and changed the transmission fluid. No more oil leaks in the garage! Ill definitely come back when I need something else!
I thought there might be an issue with tire pressure monitoring system or possibly something wrong with one of my tires. Service dept. discovered a nail in the tire in question. They were able to patch it up in no time. I really appreciated the quick and courteous service, especially since I didnt have an appointment.
We shopped many places in Appleton/Gb area for a newer vehicle. Aaron offered superb service and the experience overall was awesome. Extras were reasonably priced. This will be my first stop next time I have a vehicle need.
Dropped off my BMW to have the clearcoat and paint resprayed since the factory job didnt last. I will only go to see Floyd in the body shop to have work done. They have repaired and painted several of my cars and I consistently receive results that amaze me. They know how particular I am about quality work and treat me MUCH better than the BMW dealer. I am disabled and they help me in any way needed from loading my wheelchair into the loaner vehicle to delivering my cars back to my residence.You cant go wrong by going to this dealership. Very good service and communication.

Gustman Chevrolet Buick, GMC was able to schedule me at a time that worked for me. The work was done in a timely manner and the price was reasonable.
I walked in last week to 3 employees standing around the service desk and ask if they did oil changes. The only answer i got was, we dont do walk-ins and awkward stares. No one asked if i would like to schedule one or when I would like to have one done, so I walked out and went elsewhere.
Needed some body work on my new silverado. Caleb was great to work with and techs did an amazing job making it look new again. Service was top notch from beginning to end.

When I brought my vehicle in to get looked at, all the service men where standing around doing nothing. Then once I got out of my car they took off like they didn’t want to help and the one that “got stuck with me” took my keys and said go through those doors and you will get your rental. Never asked me what the appointment was for or even a simple how was my day. The lady that helped me with my rental was very kind and friendly.I wish I never would have bought my vehicle here. Once my warranty is up I will be taking my vehicle else where.

The guys in the Body shop, Pat and Floyd are experts and super accommodating. Ive hit 2 deer in the past year and they have taken great care of me. If I could rate a zero, I would. Im beyond displeased with the lack of customer service. I went in shopping for a vehicle, with hopes of leaving in a new vehicle. Instead I felt ignored. Like I had to beg for business. After a couple days of not hearing back from the sales associate, I sent an email requesting an update. The response I got was far from professional. When I reached out to the manager, Matt Gustman, I was told that he would look into it. Hours later I get a voicemail from someone else telling me some story of how they can or cannot help me. In this minor experience I have had to reach out numerous times only to get a different person every single time contacting me back. It is very clear that my business is not needed.

I booked my appointment online only to arrive and find out that the dealership does not have the capability to accept online booking moving forward. However, they pulled a person from used car maintenance to work on my vehicle and I did not have to come back or reschedule the appointment. In my opinion that is exceptional customer service. My only recommendation is to remove the online booking feature from the web page as that is a bit confusing. Lastly, the work was done with-in an hour while I waited at a very competitive price. I am a very satisfied customer.
After an extremely poor experience with Bergstrom in Green Bay, I needed to find another GMC dealer. The team at Gustman was courteous and on the ball. We easily scheduled the service I needed. They gave me a car to use while they worked on mine, which for me was essential. When I dropped off my car, the person was prompt and courteous. The communication with the service coordinator for my vehicle was incredible. Bill went over and above to keep me posted on the progress of my vehicle repair. I would highly recommend using Gustman for all of your service needs.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is for reasons listed;1) I have to ask if a particular issue was addressed/looked at, as the issue was not noted on my receipt upon payment. I should not need to re-ask if my request was addressed.2) I need to ask prior to my oil change that ALL fluids will be filled. One occasion I know for a fact that my windshield wash fluid was not filled. The low level indicator light was ON when I left. I filled myself. This should be included.3) One occasion I had a tire rotation with oil change; The tech came to me and said 2 tires needed replacement, so they did not feel it was best to rotate. That was awesome. EXCEPT...upon returning home I was missing my chrome wheel cover. When I drove there and showed them the missing cover, I was told that we do not remove the cover to remove the tire. I asked How did you possibly remove the tire without removing the cover as the tire bolts are under the cover? Yes, they paid for a new cover.On a happy note, the team takes care of your vehicle at an acceptable rate. Beware if you are a woman, they tend to treat you as though you are mindless.This is my 2nd review, the 1st one was never published!Overall, I will continue to receive their car care.

I bought a 2008 Cadillac CTS. I saw it on the lot on Sunday. I placed a deal request in the online ap. I came into the dealership on Monday at exactly the time I had scheduled. Matt greeted me as I walked in. He had the car ready and waiting for me to test drive. He assessed my trade while I was gone. I came back, told him I wanted the car. we talked and came to agreement on the numbers. I was already pre-approved by my Credit Union on the purchase. So we set up delivery for the next evening. I came back with my wife for delivery and it went very quickly. Matt did an awesome jobe going over the many features of the car. The delivery experience was everything you would expect, and more! We are loving the car! We did have one hickup though. 20 hours after leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on. So we got to test-drive the service department too. I called the dealership at 20 minutes to five, told the man on the phone my problem, and without hesitation he said come right over! When I got there they handled me in first class fashion! They had a loaner waiting for me. I was in and out in under 10 minutes! Next day by noon, they had the problem found and solved! Stopped after work, turned over the loaner and was gone in 5 minutes! Great job everyone. Thank you!!!
Unfortunately things did not go well with my vehicle purchase, Dan in sales did do good with explaining the vehicle and if I could give him a separate review I would. But the finance end of it with nick went terrible, he said things that he could not back up and when I confronted him on what he had said the day prior he said he had to ask what it actually meant and than backed out of what he said. The paperwork for the title and loan needed a simple change I bought the car at 2pm Saturday and called Monday at 8am to change it. He said that he could not change it, I called the bank that the loan was through and the bank said they could change it no problem but only if he would call with the title information right away. I called nick and he was not willing to help me at all, so that cost me an additional 275.00 because he wasn’t willing to take the time to redo the paperwork. The next issue I had was the car I bought was clearly never inspected, only went about 35 mph with it on the test drive, as soon as it got on the highway the brakes shook like crazy. Again I called and said no warranty on the brakes I had it for 9 days put 70 miles on it, so I took it to another shop to have the brakes fixed and asked them to do a full inspection, the cars air fiters were plugged full and the oil filter was an off range from Walmart so I’m assuming they didn’t change that either. Lastly I was told my trade value was lower cause it was a 2013 and would need to go to auction. Week later they had it on the the lot for 4K more than they gave me and it sold in a week. Do please be careful and ship around and have the vehicle you plan to purchase inspected by another shop.

Had body work done again on my 2017 encore. Caleb was great. He called me to tell me he parts needed for the car were all in and they were going to get going on the repairs and it would be done in about 2 weeks. It was done in exactly 2 weeks. Not bad for all the repairs that were needed. Then I forgot my garage door opener in rental car and he was very helpful in locating it when someone else rented the car. Great work with everything. I purchased a vehicle here a year ago and purchased additional service for the vehicle...however when I call the service shop you NEVER can get in. I have called 3 times. The guy said well we only have 4 technicians so you need to call to make an appointment approximately 3 weeks in advance. That is not acceptable and I will go to Bergustrum from now on. Sad cause I did like the sales guy.

Spent 2 hours in service department for a driveability problem that the technician was unable to reproduce (naturally). They did their best and did not charge me for the time, even though I owed it. Especially since I did not buy the vehicle there. That action spoke volumes about their service department.

I had to have a factory recall on the passenger side airbag. Gustmans called when the part for my vehicle came in and I was impressed with how quickly they got me in and got the replacement part in!!!

Was very disappointed with their customer service upon getting an oil change. Was not very friendly and did not take the time to go over the vehicle checkpoint sheet with me following the oil change. The only upside was that they did do the oil change very quickly.
My truck was towed in from an accident. The parts were ordered within 2 days. I was given a vehicle to use during the duration. The repairs were done very well and completed in a 2 week period in which I was told it would take.
Not a very good review. Sales guy was not working with us. so we bought a brand new Ford from Holiday in Fon du lac. Got a great deal and 1500 more for trade.

They were rude. I am disabled and because of my disability I have severe difficulty wearing a mask...it causes severe pain due to nerve damage in my face. They require a mask. They told me I had to wait outside...even though a storm was imminent. Nice...making a disabled person go outside when its about to storm!!! CLASSY!!!
