First and foremost their customer service was amazing. I asked them to do something they dont usually do and they made an exception because of the circumstances. A very nice veteran owned business. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place is great! I was coming into crunch time with gifts for my groomsmen the week before my wedding...Zach was awesome, friendly, and super helpful with assisting in picking out items, and what to put on them. He had amazingly fast turnover to get these gifts to me in time before my wedding day. Wonderful customer service, and they have gained a customer for life in the future! Not to mention how great the products looked in the end. Will Recommend 10/10 times for custom engraving!

If you have something you want your logo on, give them a call. They have done my trailer, cups, t shirts, bar, doors, banners for the top of my canopy, and will do anything else I need done. Great pricing, great timing,, and great results.

Zack Thompson and the staff of Fallen Grafix did an amazing job on a metal piece that was a once in a lifetime experience for me and my father. They understood the photo I wanted captured and they did a better than expected job in transferring that to something that will last for generations to come. Fallen Grafix has done a few jobs for our Fire Department. They replaced lettering on some jackets, and printed a large t-shirt order,. Joanna and Zack are easy to work with and have a versatile product line. The quality of their work and delivery times are very good and they are very easy to work with. It is worth a visit to their shop to see all they have to offer. We will most certainly go back for future projects.

Learned about this place thru my nieghbor you is into decaling there performance car, and had a few custom decals made for my famiky vehicles, #TeamRaether. And they turned out awesome. I got to have my input in design and sizing and it came out amazing, wife even loves them. I highly suggest this place if you are looking for any type of decals.
