Well...my unintended stop ended up being a complete and utter delight.After deciding to look for materials for the final stages of a couple of projects, I was greeting by Paul, an Ace Hardware associate.He was by far the most friendly, professional and informational worker I have ever interacted with.I am not only comparing him to other Ace Hardware locations but also tolocal and national competitors’ associates.I would highly recommend this business to any man or woman of any skill level and/or need.My return will be very soon.Thanks again for the great experience and assistance.

Small Town feel, meaning knowledgeable staff, friendly and, very courteous, ask if you cant find something, because its probably there. Excellent from the time you enter until the minute you leave, lots of odd tools for rent too.

Went to get a copy of a key. They cut it perfectly, but the key was defective. Came back and they replaced it with no hassle.

I would give them a zero if I could. Their customer service is very poor. I went in to get a spare setIf keys for my UTV. They didn’t have the blanks and said they couldn’t get them. I ordered a couple blanks from Amazon and took them in to get cut. I was told they couldn’t cut them as they were not their blanks.I spoke with the Manager and he gave me some lame excuse about being sued if they do not work after they cut them.I asked him how I was supposed to get them cut and he said call around to another store to see if they will cut them.I did and found a store that I will now patronize as they actually care about the customer.

The only hardware store I go to. The Carstens brothers are both very knowledgeable and willing to help you figure out a cost effective solution to your problem. The entire staff is friendly and always ready to help.

They are very helpful and friendly. I walk in with a project I want to do and no experience in the area of the project I want to accomplish. They help me buy the things I need but go above and beyond and explain how I should do it. Thank you very much 😊

I have always had a great experience with them. I have used their rental department for a few different projects and when I had an unpredictable mechanical issue with a tiller, Brent had many options thought out to make sure I had proper working equipment and could complete my project in a timely manner.

Greeted at the door by friendly staff who were helpful in finding what I was looking to purchase.

If you got power equipment problems, this is the place to go. All members super knowledgeable. Way better than the kitz and pfiel. It will actually work when you get it home.

Limiting the number of people in the store and then funneling them down one checkout lane is counterintuitive. And your employees telling us that its the law is absolutely FALSE. Adding stupid policies this late in the game helps nothing. I wont be back until you get rid of this stupid policy.

I Made a purchase and 4 days later was called about a warranty program but had to purchase a different kind of warranty to add 2 more years of warranty. the Lady was very helpful in giving me details on how to proceed and was very helpful throughout the process. Thank You again ACE hardware and their staff. i know you would not get this kind of service through the bib CHAIN STORES.

I went here specifically to look at the milwaukee tools. They have a large selection of tools on hand to choose from. Some other places also sell milwaukee tools, but have a terrible selection. If your looking for milwaukee tool deals, I would suggest googling Milwaukee tool ebates, then select ace hardware. Ace receives exclusive deals through milwaukee, that cannot be sold anywhere else. I will also throw this out there, however if you use this next part to your advantage, I ask that you like this review. You can wheel and deal on Milwaukee prices here! Check out those ebates, and you can leave feeling like you made a great purchase, at a price that will leave a little extra to buy a few drill bits or something.I would like to see them have a few more of the combo packs in stock. Specifically the 2999-22, and the 2997-22. Both packs have the same drill, but different impacts.Great place to shop.

I have nothing but good things to say about Drew and Brent and all the help theyve given me on various projects. My only issue is dealing with less experienced members of the team. If I am explaining what their products do, to them, while trying to get help, something is wrong.

Love this hardware store. Im disabled they are so helpful and load my bags and softner and sidewalk salt bags. Maybe little bit higher price but beats big stores finding close parking and distance to your items and finding someone to help me. I recommend this store to everyone.

Called and asked if they had pet safe salt, says online they have some, asked if they could please check so I dont drive all that way for nothing, they checked and said its on sale 1/2 off. I get there told them what I needed, pet safe that I called earlier, rang me up took my money, then I asked ware is it? Then told me they never had pet safe, just regular. I got my money back right away, I dont do business with scamming people or companies. Bunch of lieing people! Waisted gas and time getting lied to. When will people grow up? Ace, never, even though I need regular I will go to Walmart or a store that does not lie to their customers. They must take after 199 ride.

I need to start by saying Brent in the Kaukauna WI store is by far the greatest. He helped me immensely in some plumbing issues I was having. He knew exactly what I needed to get my shower diverter fixed and even when I messed it up beyond my knowledge he was nice enough to recommend plumbers to contact. Everyone in the store was great and, working in retail myself, I noticed the other employees offering help to other customers. Big box places wait till you find them. Thanks to all.
