Have been calling for weeks to set up an account. Always get voicemail and no call backs. Very poor communication. It’s like they don’t care about the customer or want new business.

Again this company has let me down. We used to do lots of business with these guys but now I am looking for another rubber dealer. In the past they have dropped (forgotten) many of my orders. Today I called them and requested some rubber sheets (same as my last order) Sorry they said, we do not have records of this order. Ok I said how can we identify this rubber type? I dont know says the sales rep I then asked for an outside salesman to come and look at my application. we no longer have your account tagged to a salesman since our conversion And then the conversation just stopped. Sorry I cannot help you is all I got. SEND ME A SALES MAN PLEASE!!! Sorry we dont have one tagged to your account THEN TAG ONE... Sorry I dont know what I can do was the response.PLEASE ANYONE UPDATE THIS REVIEW WITH A GOOD COMPANY TO USE FOR RUBBER AND HOSE.Applied Industrial or Weimer Bearings both sell hose, fittings, and raw rubber sheets. Applied Industrial said they would be here in 3 hours to identify my rubber and come up with a solution. Thanks Mark (at Applied)

So hear was my experience. I was referred to this company by a different company in regards to a grout hose I have that was sold to me. Hose is new. All I wanted done was to have it cut in half and have two theaded ends put on. Not only did I receive an estimate over the phone I scheduled to have the work done. When I called back to confirm I left a message an got called back an was told that there is a liability issue and cannot do perform the work I requested done they also refuse to give me an estimate on a new hose. Absolutely classless customer service. If there product is as good as the customer service dont trust it.

If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. They acted like they did not want to have any new business or customers. Very short and unwilling to help.
