Went here twice. Both times their systems went down and then could only take cash. Second time it happened I waited in line over 20 minutes and was next when the system broke. I had ONE item. Manager wouldn’t come stop doing whatever I’m the isles he was doing to help the cashier, so we all waited on him. And then he finally comes over, opens a register and instead of helping me, who’s next with one item, he takes the person behind me with a cart full of stuff. I put my item down and left. Terrible service.

Was trying to return a storage bin,which had a crack in it. Manager said Im not taking that back. Why ? You could of put the crack in the bin. Returned it the next day after work. Was treated like a thief. Not happy with the store. The manager was very disrespectful. Once you leave the store the bin was yours.....

Location is great, beats having to drive to family dollar. Staff seems to be a bit more organized at this location over any other location. So keep up the good work. Staff is very helpful.

Nice place to shop an great Costmer service. Except for one new blk manager she isnt friendly at all. You will know who Im talking about if you run into her. Other than that this store is a great place.

Dirty store stuff all over the place. Lack of staff help too busy chatting about whatever to care about the 8 person deep line to help. Very disappointed.

The manager called the police on me because I refused to wear a mask and didnt even warn me she just up and called them. All I wanted was a highlighter and put the money on the counter but she refused to let me leave and she wouldnt ring it up. So now I am taking a class on the internet because the b!@&* wouldnt sell me the marker. F!$@ You!!!

Store just opened and has a good staff. They could be more attentive and tend to their customers faster and more efficiently. Other than that they are a pretty clean and have good products. Manager is nice and funny. I like how he communicates with customers and his staff

Every time I go theres u-boats all through the store with stuff still on them and you cant reach the shelf for the product that you need. You can barely walk down the aisles.

If you have time on your hands, and have time to waste then go there. The items are good, but some of the staff are to be desired.

Freezer department is closed frequently during lunch hours... This should be blocked off over night in my opinion

They dont always have the same products from week to week...always have shipments blocking isles...makes it almost impossible to social distance.

I give it a five just because of the convenience being so close a lot of people will benefit havng dollar general in town.

Love to support the local businesses. Nice to have an actual store in keansburg. I dont drive at the moment so being able to shop local is major. Family Dollar just isnt cutting it anymore so I am very thankful for Dollar General. The staff is very helpful and nice to the public. Only good things to say about the store.

Long lines nothing is ever stocked they need help over there. And when they stock they do it during rush hour!

The Honda store by accident, did not know it was there. Started to go in check it out, very disappointed it stunk very bad, shelves are not fully stopped. It is a mess, dirty. For the store to just be opening up probably a couple of months, looks as if its been open years the way it looks. Very disappointed.

Dollar General! Its like a 711, cvs and Walgreens all in 1 except for the pharmacy!

This Dollar General is fairly new and for it being new it looks very disorganized and has a very bad smell inside the store.

Staff is so nasty!!! Dont know how to talk to the public..wont shop there again
