People just something to think about when you are thinking about renting one of their computers. First I not telling not to nor am I endorsing them either. Premier place a application on their computers to track them and shut them off when they need to be. Sound okay, right. It is a hidden application you cant find first. Second if they can reach out and talk to that computer that means that apps moves from where it hidden to the RAM part to be used. So if you think about they can look into anything you save on that computer. Bank accounts, Card numbers if you save them, any personal info you saved including questionable pic of you and others, they have access to. Just think about your privacy

A wonderful place to purchase furniture at! Very professional but yet make you feel “at home”. I have both rented from them and bought furniture as cash and carry. They take excellent care of their customers!!! I recently had a minor issue with a recliner on my loveseat Joan promptly sent Julian over to take a look at it for us! Highly recommend!!!

Rented a bunk bed for my kids and it was perfect. Had to exchange and get something else and Anthony was great helping me find just the right items for me. Loved it!

Ive rented from them over the span of 8 years and never had a problem. If something I rented ever broke they would fix or replace without an issue. And if I was going to be late with my payment they would always work with me.hands down the best rent to own place I have ever had the pleasure of buying from.

Absolutely awful experience! Spent 4000 on a couch because they failed to mention there is a 50% intrest rate until after we finished paying. Paid it off early and they put a derogatory mark on our credit scores. and my boyfriend and is credit both went down 40 points each even though it was paid early and never ever missed a payment. Ive gone in there and called several times with absolutely no response. Awful businesses ethic, very pushy. Will never go back and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Absolutely unacceptable work practices. We made the decision to purchase a loveseat and couch from here, NEVER missed a single payment. We paid off the items early and it was reported correctly to the credit bureaus, only to find out a month later that this company added a derogatory remark to the paid account, saying the account was closed with a full termination of the lease!!!! I kid you not my gf and I both suffered a 40 point decrease on our credit scores!!!! We will absolutely NEVER use this service again and will not recommend it either!!!!

Premier Rental is a joke. All of their furniture is cheap, but yet here you are paying over 1,000 dollars for cheap plywood furniture. I set up a payment plan and they say that I’m late when it’s 5 days prior to when I’m supposed to pay them, or the day of my payment and they’re calling everyone on my call list. They’re a joke, Evita is RUDE. They call people off your call list, that you have not given them permission to call. They take money out of your account without your permission. They’re a joke. They find you on every single social website which is creepy. I get their workers messaging me on their own facebooks trying to talk to me. But yeah, overall. That place is trash.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone I have things come up in life and they laugh about it like its a joke.. get hung on 3 times when trying to figure out a time to come and get there tv...tell me that I need to manage MY money better..plus they call people that are not on your contract.. I tell then to come and get there stuff because I got a better deal else were and anthony laughed and said well we work around out schedual NOT YOURS hahaha this place is a joke like some on 2100 for a 55 inch tv way over priced and very rude

Went through this company for a lot. Even though you end up paying more in the long run, the small payments are really nice.

I decided to try these guys because they had the tv I wanted for a better price then Aarons, I came to regret that choice on more then one occasion. Payments are due on the first, that said i dont always get paid right on the first so I tend to be 3-5 days late, normally no big deal to just about any company but no these guys. On more then one occasion they went as far as to start having their workers text me if i didnt pickup or return the first call or two immediately, they even have a Facebook theyll use to get a hold of you on Facebook, they messaged me and multiple friends and family members trying to get a hold of me and all because I was a few days late on a payment. I shouldnt have to ask my rental place to not contact me via otherwise private outlets and i most certainly should not have my rental place contacting people on my freaking Facebook for any reason. Im not even sure thats legal but honestly my stuff will be paid off soon and Ill never buy from them again and I recommend anyone else avoid them also. Unprofessional, creepy, pushy and should be avoided.

Everyone but Chris is rude and dont know what they are doing. The interest is outrageous. Thank God my daughters bill is paid off. I told her to never use them again.
