Did not know how to fit my daughter for a helmet and the guy the helped me did an amazing job. My daughter is 4 and was being shy and they guy would put a helmet on and show her before she would and it helped. He explained to me how to make sure it fit right what to look for and all. Nothing but the best experiences with this place! This morning was no different. We were in a bind and needed some help with the breaks on our UTV so we could leave town at a certain time...we headed there before they were actually open and luckily, Monty was there and helped us out and got us on the road. Sadly, I dont remember the staff members name that assisted me in my search for leathers for my Halloween costume during your clearance sale but he was fantastic! Having never worn chaps, he showed me how to get them on easily and find the correct size as well as a couple add on items that helped take my costume up a notch! He was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist. He was dark haired and had a great smile.

My experience in purchasing my new Kodiak was excellent from the minute I walked into the door to the point I left. Terry was very well versed in products and Josh explained the use of the machine. I went in specifically looking for a new helmet and riding gloves, after explaining the style I was interested in Josh pointed out two helmets based on the style I wanted and the larger helmet size needed. He didnt waste time trying to sell something I wouldnt be interested in which I definitely appreciated. Great first experience with Kearney Powersports.

So check this out, I get pulled over for no helmet. The officer takes me 30 min into town to buy a helmet. This guy Josh k helps me find a simple cheap helmet. I get a call today from him and he left a message that said, hey I hope you made it home ok. Well thats pretty flippin cool in my book!

This is an awesome awesome dealer!I got a puncture in my front tire on Saturday night in North Platte NE on my way home to NH from CO.Kearney powersports was the only dealer I could find nearby that was open on a Sunday (or Monday!). They didnt have any techs in their service department on Sunday, but Josh in service was able to reach a tech that was willing to come in on his day off to replace my tire and get me back on the road.All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and this store has a great selection of merchandise. I cant recommend this dealer enough, and will make a point to stop back by next time Im crossing through Nebraska

Ive had my motorcycle serviced there twice. On the second occasion the mechanic didnt tighten the chain properly and I jumped on it and rode back to Omaha. First time was fine. Their prices are incredulous!! This is why I am writing the post. I was quoted to change my sprockets (due to a loose chain....), chain and rear seals in Omaha at 3 different prices highest 186.00 and lowest was 156.00. Because Kearney Yamaha is the only dealership here whats their price? 325.00 for the same work. I got news for those of you that do some long range riding or fancy a trip to Omaha. It would PAY for the trip just to do it there, one night hotel and food included.....

Just wanted to let you know that every person I ran into while in the store was awesome. They were all polite, asked if I needed help, were very willing to offer assistance whether in finding someone or something in the store, and as I was wandering around I could see the staff checking in with customers to see if they were still finding what they needed.

I stopped in with a flat tire 1/2 hour before they closed I was on the road.the service manager said we cant do any thing for you tonight.and tomorrow I dont know if I can get u in .I got some air and fix a flat for 13.95 and sent me on my way .if thats how they treat bikers on the road. Just pass them by . its not worth the time.

We were looking for a utility vehicle for our park department and we did not have a lot of money to spend. Found a used one at Kearney Powersports which went beyond our needs, so we can use in other departments and at our price point. They had checked it all over and replaced many parts so we would have a good dependable machine. They are very helpful and ready to answer questions and address concerns.

Ive wanted a bike for years, finally went in to look. Terry convinced me to wait until after I took the MSF Basic Rider Course and I am so thankful he did. Several weeks later, after passing the course and getting my endorsement, Terry remembered me, my name, my wifes name and other trivial information as well as the bike I was looking at, pulled it out and let me go on it. Needless to say, 30 minutes later, the bike was mine. Terry genuinely cares about his customers and their safety and I really appreciated that.

Service department far from helpful. Had a factory recall on a machine that I purchased new from Kearney Powersports. I discovered the recall through an internet search after I had it in for repair. The service department did not inform me of this recall. When I asked them about it, the person in the service department said they would look into it. I had to call them multiple times and they would not return calls. After months of trying to dealing with them, I did final get to speak with someone who was able to pull up something about a recall on their computer, but unfortunately the recall had just expired and they sure would like to help but it was out of their hands.

A. We bought a preowned Harley for my wife. Its was not running right and called back the next day. Stopped at Kearney Powersports and talked to Josh about my problem and he took care of the recalls as soon as he could get parts.
