Outstanding customer service, Beautiful diamond ring! Very pleased! Cant wait for my next purchase from Kays!

We found what we were looking for and there was adequate selection. We had great customer service until the sale was made. Once we bought the ring and it was sent in for sizing things slipped just a bit. The ring was not back by the promised date and we were never given a reason why. When we picked the ring up it was dull from being handled at the sizing facility and should have been buffed up first. Overall not a bad experience but probably wont be shopping there for higher prices items.

Awful place to do business. There are plenty of other options in town for your jeweler needs. They charged me to resize my ring and advised me in the store that if it still turns out to be too big, to give them a call and theyd do it again within 9 months.Was still too big- because they never resized it! I called back within a month or so and the guy rudely informed me that it was the winter causing it and that they would charge me to do it again. It is still the same damn size!Furthermore, do not give them your email address. Unsubscribe option does not work. Read their privacy policy too.Terrible business.
