Ordered an item over a month ago- still have not received the item and each time I call customer service I get the run around. My advice do not order from this company. Something is off.

I got a pillow from them and it stunk of chemicals so bad it made me sick.I let it air out for 3 days before I tried to sleep on it, and the smell never went away.Im not sure what happened, but Ill never buy pillows from them again.However, when I went to return it, all the clerks were extremely nice, and even they had to agree that the pillow stank.They had no problems issuing me a refund.Its because of them that Im giving them 4 stars and not 3.

Decided to check out their going out of business sale. Lots of dust collectors I dont want.

Place had a horribly strong scent that gave me a headache almost the moment I stepped into the doors. Help was hard to find and even I did get the help, they Kai pointed me in a vague direction. It took me another 5 minutes to find what I needed and at that point I had had enough and left.
