I went today and within the 5 minutes I was in there, I was profiled and followed around. There was no one else in the store so it was obvious. My partner was rudely approached by an employee. Usually I go here to do some printing, Im gonna have to find other means to do that if staples feels its okay to treat customers like this.

Pretty helpful, they cleaned out my computer a while back as well as they helped me upgrade an older computer. They also have lots of office/school supplies. Only downside is that most of their gift cards are invalid.

Just dashed into pick up a small office supply. Shortly I was greeted by an apparent employee stocking items. He very cordially stocked his item and brought me right to the best aisle explaining that there were a few different items that might do the trick. It was easy to make a quick selection and head to the counter. The store was bright, neat, clean and the displays were inviting...enough to pull me to peruse the laptop display and then head up front. As I waited - not even a minute, another person greeted me and said that he could take me on the next register. Upon providing my name for the rewards program he broke into song using my name! LOL You have to love a place where clearly the employees make their day fun and have the shoppers smiling! Hey, Im no babe- this was just fun! Go shop Staples in Keene! May you have a good experience.

Employees dont know anything about what they are selling. I know more! I tried to give them my money for a computer. Jay helped me I think he said he was a manager. Basically said I cant buy the laptop without a warranty! I can fix it myself I didnt need a warranty. I asked about the performance of what they had and he had to read each tag and regurgitate the same info I could read. I was trying to save time and have him point me to what I need. I shouldnt have gone in there and glad I didnt buy there. Went to best buy and got excellent service from a knowledgeable salesperson.

I had to get a new computer for my home office and after narrowing it down online I went into the store in Keene to look them over. The sales associate Ricky G was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very helpful!

These people are seriously dumb. Their Support Department can never ever seem to have a helpful suggestion. They seem very underwhelming in their product knowledge and ability to assist or figure out issues with computers/lap tops. They seem more willing to list all the possibilities of what MIGHT be wrong, and more or less press you towards the sales staff. I think one comment I got was well in this day and age most computers are pretty much throw-aways anyway.

I find the personnel helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Ive made several product purchases there, and Staples in Keene will continue to be my go-to place for technology-related purchases. However, a recent experience with their shipping center was not a good one. A package that I sent UPS 2nd Day never arrived. I misplaced the tracking number, so I went back to get the tracking number from their printed manifest records. They couldnt find the printed manifest record for my package. I went to another shipping company in town and re-shipped it Fed Ex Next Day at additional expense. Gist of it: Products and personnel - great! Print center - great! Shipping Center: I would only use it if it was not a critical package. Otherwise, there are other shipping options in town that are more reliable.

Had an issue at check out, came back a few days later as store manager was not in. Manager took care of the issue, and treated me courtesy and professionally. She did a great job at keeping my future business.

Great experience with their shipping center ! They packed up my hiking backpack for me in the perfect box and shipped it priority mail for $13. I dont think Ill ever ship directly from the post office again!

Staples, a copy and print corporation, couldnt print a 40 page document. When we used a computer to log in for 2 minutes to print the 40 page document we were charged $24. When we asked about the charges I was treated rudely by Jay the sales manager and got no where. I spend thousands of dollars a year at this corporation... its just too bad you dont care about your customers.

Ive been let down by Staples and their staff on many occassions in ways that were quite major. Their staff are often unable to give me yes or no answers to problems.Here are some choice ones.1.) I was told I would get a laptop I bought through them in two weeks. When I got no call around the three week mark I went in. The laptop hadnt even been ordered by them. I needed it desperately for college courses.2.) I recently went into their store for help with a laptop that had been fried by a faulty charger. They wouldnt take it to even see if there was any obvious damage and informed me they couldnt find the laptop charger on any of their websites, even though I got it from them two years ago. They offered no options and I was out of luck.I am deeply disappointed in this company in both their customer service and professionalism.

Copy center loves to point you to selfserve that only saves as PDF. This is not what I wanted and did not want to wait an hour for a single scan. I wouldnt complain but this appears to be the new norm.

The advertises special yet they dont have them when you go in. They tell you they can order on line. I tell them I can order on line if I had wanted to do that. I have been shopping there since 2005. I am done. Online I go.

I used their self service printer to print a file with 6 fliers on one 8x11 page for half a dollar. I needed it cut 3 ways. Although they provide scotch tape, stapler, and a 3 hole punch, theres no paper cutter. They wanted to charge me $9 to cut this piece of paper 3 times with their paper cutter! Absolutely ridiculous.
