In store customer service is great with prior purchases based on the employees thats helped me... however companies should not choose sides politically. Dropping Mike Ls my pillow was a big mistake for companies. What happened to pleasing customers by carrying things they want to buy???Now customers will not choose to support these companies based on this type of action, therefore my rating.

Loved the easy access. The store was easy to find. The entry doors opens as walk towards the building, inviting you inside. So much to choose from. I was surprised, and disappointed to find this store was lacking in beauty/bed supplies, such as silk bed caps (used at bedtime to cover your hair) I drove a long way to find they didnt carry this item. Other than that, the stores products are nicely displayed, and clean. The customer service is friendly and helpful.

Large store that is well organized by section, not so much with the individual items in rach section. Went in for towels, found a couple marked as $19.99 on the lables, but the towels were a little disorganized, so i had to look at ALL the lables to verify the towels I liked were $19.99 and not $24.99 or $29.99, like the other soft towels. I was given a promotional price of $10 of each towel, but they cahrged me $29.99 for each to begin with. Didnt notice this until I got home. A lot of the simple stuff (mostly impulse items, as everything else was BB&B-specific brands) were 2-3 times the amount at other stores.TLTR: Well organized, friendly staff, but over-priced and miss-labled items.

We came in to do a return for a 6 month old cookware that was defective on the non-stick. They were very friendly and did not hesitate on our return. We ended up getting a refund and getting a better product and the cashier even gave us the 20% coupon automatically. This store has great selection and very creative products. Well maintained and up to date store. Lots to look at both fun and essential things for around the house. Well managed. Never a line to check out plus great hours and reasonable rates.

Too packed with literally floor to ceiling stuff BUT THE EMPLOYEES ARE AMAZING and stop what they are doing to help you so that makes up for it quite a bit.But I think most the stuff is cheaper elsewhere unless you need it, like, NOW.

Went in looking for a nice family picture frame. Not a lot of options. Only rustic styles which doesnt work for either my family or our home decor.

I love this place! I always start with the less expensive places, like Walmart. But I always seem to end up at BB&B--theyve got a large selection of everything bed, and bath and beyond. Theyre not the least expensive, but the quality is good and you can find unique items there. Highly recommend.

Only one in town that had what I needed, and were willing to hold the last one in stock the 20 minutes to drive across town to get it. I was in a tight spot, and they pulled through.

This is why people shop at Amazon! We went to look for some home improvement items to fix up our closet and we were followed throughout the store. From the moment we walked in they started to follow us and when we came face to face they asked if we needed help to try not to make it so obvious, but she had not asked anyone else we passed up if they needed help. One of the other reps even lingered at what we were looking at and staring at us for a bit making it more obvious that we were just being watched. Not sure what we did to deserve the attention but it made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. We left and went to Lowe’s instead.

They have everything here! The prices are a bit steep, but the quality makes it worth it. I scored some really great deals on holiday decor last year after Christmas. I will probably shop after Christmas deals here again.

They have a lot of stuff, but there is so much more available online. All I wanted was a pot rack, but they only had one available in the store. Anything else has to be ordered.
