They communicated on an ongoing basis to give update on status of repair. They also contacted us on any issues that arose during the repair.The finished work is great snd have not seen any issues with it.

I really liked that Mike called me daily to give me updates on how the progress was coming on the repairs for the insurance claim plus the extra work I wanted done on my door. The wonderful part is that I was able to get my car back three days earlier than expected due to the great team that repaired my car. I so appreciate all their stead fast work. I no longer have to climb across the passenger seat and center console to get in the drivers seat now.

So unfortunately my car was hit while taking my girls to the farm. The person who hit me had an amazing agent for their insurance who took care of it all and recommended I use caliber collision for my repairs. I was a bit worried since in the past I’ve had awful experience with body shops due to the fact I’m a girl and don’t know much about cars. But this experience was completely different, upon arrival mike greeted me and assured me they would take care of it, he also walked me through everything they would check to make sure my car hadn’t been damaged further then aesthetically. I asked if they could give me an estimate for another area on the bumper I wanted to get fixed (I was hit on the left side of my bumper and had a scratch on the right side of it.) he said they could get it fixed since they were already working on it for free maybe just a polish but they would make it look better. After dropping it off mike kept me up to date with daily calls which kept me at ease through the whole process, and then my car was ready 3 days before they anticipated. Upon arrival I noticed a little bit of paint missing and let mike know who then called his manger and they had me leave the car an extra day to take care of it. The next day my car was ready and I was so happy with the work. Mike and the team in Keizer did an amazing job fixing the car and restoring the damages.

They overcharge you and dont do a complete job. . My car was hit from the side and the drivers side rear tire got wedged into the car and the side of the bumper was severely scratched. The others persons insurance company worked with Caliber Collision so I was referred to them if I wanted them to pay 50% of the damage. It took over a week to finish the job. The beginning quote wasnt what I paid for the damage. I felt they over priced everything and every couple of days I was told they found more things wrong with it and the price of the estimate INCREASED by HUNDREDS of dollars. I was told, the insurance will cover it. I told them, no! Im paying half the amount. If you need your car fixed, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! About a month after the car was supposedly fixed, I took it to MY auto place to get my brake pads changed. The mechanic who changed my pads also changed them when I bought the car so he knew what the car looked like before my car was hit.. When he went to take off the brake pads, he saw the roter that was on the tire that got wedged into my tire was bent and wanted to know why Caliber Collision didnt fix it. When I called Caliber Collision and asked why they didnt change it. They told me they didnt see then was quickly told to prove it and take it up with the insurance company if I wanted them to fix it. Im not happy with their service, their prices and felt I was lied to and swindled out of $$$$. It cost over 2800,00 for them to fix a couple turning shoulders and replace the bumper. A new bumper isnt over $600. So why so much? And why wasnt the roter addressed if they saposally took apart my whole car like they claimed to, to throughly check over the car for ALL the damage?!TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Listen friends.......I normally do not post reviews of businesses in Salem unless Ive truly been impressed. In this case Ive got plenty to say. Short story is that I took a trip to California last month and on the return trip found myself avoiding a large Elk that ran into my path. I swerved and lost control. Went nose first into a ditch. Tore off the fiberglass bumper lip on my S10 Chevrolet custom pickup. Bent the bumper and buckled the right fender. When I got home I Googled repair shops. This led me to Caliber Collision in Keizer. My visit there turned into a welcoming experience. The estimate on all repairs was somewhat high for my budget because I was going to self pay for my indiscretions. (No Insurance you see?) I asked if it was possible to skip the paint job on the bumper lip and just install it straight from the factory? This would save me $400.00. I was assured that they could do this. We set a date and shook hands. I took my new estimate print out and returned home. On the day to drop my truck off I was greeted by a bright young man who gave me a ride home. (No Uber needed) I went to work that night and felt very comfortable with my decision to have these people fix my pride and joy. To my amazement the very next day a phone call came my way. The truck was ready for me. I rushed over there (Uber ofcourse) and found my truck being washed, vacuumed, and detailed. I payed my bill, with the $400.00 savings, and went out to look her over. Absolutely perfect workmanship. Fender damage gone. Bumper perfectly straight. Fender paint perfectly matched to the trucks original paint. And to my complete surprise the bumper lip had been painted black! Now WHO does that these days? You just cant find that kind of customer service anymore. I should know too. Ive been around this world for 68 years. I recommend this company 100 percent. I hope I never need them again but Ill never forget them.

I was hit by another vehicle. I called to make sure I could have my car towed to them. They said yes abs asked if I needed a rental. I told them I did. But the tow truck driver was super late and showed up right when they were closing. I called to say I would be on the way soon and they said they would wait for me. I didnt think I would get the rental because they closed already. But when I showed up they had a driver take me to get my rental. They called and asked if enterprise would wait for me. I was super impressed by their service.

The repair seems to be good quality but it was just body work on a small area on left rear quarter panel but took a week and a half when told it would be ready on a Friday and changed to the following Tuesday after I even told them I was leaving the country Saturday. I had to get my son to make time to return rental and pick up my car.

What a joke!!!! Hidden behind my bumper, and other plastics I found an absolute disaster. Never recommend these jokers....LEFT WITH A MESS OF UNDONE REPAIR WORK.

My truck was hit by a motorhome causing a good deal of damage to the driver side rear quarter panel. The folks at Caliber identified all of the damage, got me into a rental and fixed it up like new. They informed me of any changes and made the process very painless!

First off, I want to mention that my estimator Brian (at the Keizer Salem Oregon) did great at keeping me up to date and when the car was finished (in less time than I thought it might take) you could not tell there was any damage. Car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Also chatted with the manager who thanked me for buying all the employees coffee which was my way of saying thank you. The entire staff whom I met were friendly and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend the company.

Took my car to these guys to have the bumper replaced. There were some plastic interior pieces that I asked to be fixed also, and all they did was glue them in place. As far as the bumper goes, they replaced and repainted, and the paint did not match at all. And... for some reason the radio had been touched, and did not work after I left for the first time. Took it back to them with my complaints, and they responded with hmm, thats weird. Well take a look. On my second time in, I looked at the paint on the bumper, that they were supposed to repaint again, and all it looks like they did was blend it with the paint on the quarter fender, and not truly fix the issue. I was told there was no issues with the radio. The gentleman said he got in and turned the radio on and there were no problems. I do not believe that for one second. I tried that myself and definitely did not get the same result. I was not pleased with their service. I will not be taking another vehicle to them again. Please consider this if you are considering ABRA auto body, go somewhere else!

My first collision. I brought my Camry to Kadels for repair. Bryan & Chrissy coordinated the paperwork, and eventually the complete repair. When I came back a little over a week later I was pleasantly surprised to see my car in its new condition. My Camry looked brand new again - it was like revisiting the Toyota car dealership again when I first bought it. All the staff at Kadels are very friendly and fun to talk with. Hopefully I will never be in a collision again, but if it happens, Kadels is where Im coming.

When this was Keizer Collision it was the best place to have body work done on your cars. They did great work and stood behind it. Since my original review they have changed the name twice and the service has become a joke. The original owners had a great body shop but now I would rather leave my car to a junk yard than have them fix it.

I think this shop is run exclusively by slugs and tortoises who have taken host in human bodies. No other explanation I could think of for why they keep your vehicle for so long without even *starting* any work on it. Its honestly kind of amazing. Thank you for keeping me without my car for so long. Ive learned exciting new methods of getting to and from places. Woohoo, adventure!

I had door damage on both passenger doors so I started shopping around for body shops. I had used Abra last year and the experience was ok. After stopping by different shops, I chose Abra and...... wow!. I called them on a Thursday and they said I could drop my car off Sunday night. I work out of town, so it is very difficult to make it anywhere during business hours. They texted me throughout the week letting me know updates. They found hidden damage so the price was going to be a little more than the quote. They finished my car on Friday. Super fast! I picked up my car and it looked brand new again. My car was a mess because I had just finished a fishing trip. Mud and trash in the car. They cleaned the entire interior. The service was exceptional and you would never know my car was damaged. I highly recommend!

They were welcoming. They gave me a free quote to repair a paint chip. I did not fix it due to the very high cost. But they gaurente that they would remove the chip as if it was not there. So if you have a new car I would take it there

I just got my rig back and couldnt be happier. Took it in to have a handle repaired and upon inspection discovered a new handle was needed. The cost of the new part was only a few dollars more and Justin, the GM there let me know everything up front so there were no surprises. They got the part in and got it done earlier than expected. I was actually looking up a taxi service to take me in to pick up my rig when they called and Justin had a car in the area and was able to have them pick me up within minutes. Rig was cleaned inside and out, great service. Hoping I dont need any more repairs ;-) but if I do, Kadels Auto Body will be the my first stop.

Took my husbands truck in for fender repair was done in a day and a half and you cant tell anything had been done to that truck except to wash and wax awesome awesome place to take your vehicle and the people are great

I had my car towed to this location after a minor mirror damage on my Benz, why because it was literally down the street from where I live. I notice that they also did headlight restoration on their website. So I called and inquired about this add-on service. When I spoke to the guy, he had NO idea how much the service would cost, told me he would go and look and get back with me, he NEVER did. I even went to the shop a few hours after the phone call, they radioed for the same guy to come and speak with me, they told me to take a seat and hell be right with me....i waited, and he never showed up in a timey manner, it took so long that I had to leave and couldnt wait any longer....all just to find out the damn price on the headlight restoration service they provide....i left feeling like my business wasnt important nor was my time as a customer respected. I truly noticed a difference in customer satisfaction and service difference compared to #SkylineFord in South Salem. I dont think Ill recommend or go back to Abra shop again. Customer service and satisfaction is so important that a simple price question was not able to be given to me. Ridiculous. There are better shops out there that really treat you and make you feel valued as a customer. Not this place apparently.

Picked up my car in July 2016. They failed to remove a dent in my trunk and had actually caused additional damage to my 2009 Jaguar XF. I was called by them when I refused to pay the remaining balance of $500 until repairs were completed. The manager would not return my calls and they opted to send me to collections. I have called the corporate office, emailed and after 7 months, called the corporate office again today. They transferred me to the manager of the Keizer store and I was told they refused to remove me from collections but that they were willing to reimburse me for $200 for the dent they failed to remove.They have damaged my credit with the fraudulent reporting and the $200 wont get the dent repaired at ANY OTHER BODY SHOP in town when you consider that I would have to rent a car while it is in the shop.WILL NEVER trust them and am going to report them to my insurance agency. No one should bring their cars to this company. EVER

About six months ago a friend of ours took our van to Kadels in Keizer for some minor damage. The entire process was amazing and our van looked like new.Unfortunately my wife had a minor backing accident, so we went back to Kadels and met with Justin. He gave us an estimate, but went one step further. He suggested another option, so we checked on it and ultimately followed his suggestion.We highly recommend Kadels because of the awesome customer service that we received. Ralph and Suzi

I would 100% stay as far away from this company as I could, now and in the future!!! If youre a gambler than they should be your choice, but I would never gamble with my vehicle, this is simply my personal opinion, youll have to ask yourself, is it really worth it???
