Went in looking for a small basket, but I did not find one that was small enough for what I needed. There were, however, lots of other items and I got a whole bunch of items to start my crafts. Looking forward to going back. I enjoy looking at the holiday items and the new items that come in the store. Cashier was very friendly and my son loved her! He said she was really nice.

Michaels rearranged the store. I had to ask an employee for location of objects. She was helpful. Cashier was pleasant and gave us all the coupons discounts.

I’m pretty disappointed with the custom framing offered at this location. Took my painting to get framed and it was returned to me less than subpar (visible unfinished wood and the corners did not match up correctly). I brought it back and this time there is a gap in the left hand corner. For a custom frame this shouldn’t be happening.. won’t be back.

Not my kind of place, but definitely my daughter and wife love it!!!They find all sorts of crafts, projects, doohickies, anything to decorate. I love the Christian connotations, such as Welcome to our home, etc. This is am enjoyable store for the first several hours. Then, I want a bench, nap, anything to get my male self out of here!!

I bought paint to repaint a frame on an old painting. The man there was sooo helpful and nice. Great staff in that framing department!!

So nice to experience friendly, in person service! This location is pretty big and very well organized. Ill be back to this location for sure! Also, really convenient access from Whitley! That is another plus!

I had a great experience here. I was looking for felt to make some shelves to replace the missing and damaged shelves in my safe. The Wonderful lady helped me by calculating the amount I needed and helping me find the color and quantity I required. She cut it for me and directed me to the other items I requested. ( Glue gun). While they didnt have a lot of staff the staff they had was excellent, considerate, hard working and I recommend this location for any projects or art type supplies you require.

This review is not for the store itself. It is for the the customer service that I received from a specific individual. All I have to say is that if you don’t want to help a customer then you probably shouldn’t work in retail. The employee named Casey or Cassie was rude and incompetent. I work in customer service and now I understand why some people state that it’s nonexistent.

The girls of the Michaels are very very nice! I had to make a return because I bought one of those machines that nest for you and it broke within a few minutes of use unfortunately. It turns out it was a return so dont blame that on the store at all. If someone returned it and didnt say it was broken then they couldnt have known. The girls were extremely nice about it and I was able to get some new goodies to keep crafting!

Honestly, I wasnt impressed. This is a small store with limited offerings. I went to buy my mom dried flowers...and wow, was I ever underwhelmed by the selection...same goes for silk flowers.

I went in to buy paint supplies. Spent some time just trying to find an associate to help me, never found one. There was noone there but the cashier who couldnt step away because she was helping the line. Not a good experience. Maybe Covid plays a part in that. The cashier was so nice though.

This Michael has nice customer service I go there to buy art supplies all the time it has a wide variety of items and overall is pretty good I would just like to say the prices are very pricey and every time I go there I usually spend from 40 to $100 so make sure you have cash on you or credit card:)

Great craft store to find all supplies one needs for any project. Theres lots of choices in the photo frames, decor, art and baking isles! Clearance and sale items are a steal!! Jewellery and craft clubs and projects are good.

I checked online first to see if the store had what I was looking for. The employees were nice, quick and efficient.

Melissa and Dekota were excellent! They helped me with my custom frame order. They were nothing but patient with me as I had no idea how to pick out a frame for my art work. They provided top notch customer service.

I love Michael’s stores, however we drove all the way to this location ( 20 plus minutes) and the location was closed. No explanation at all! They have their holiday hours posted and November 8th said open until 7:00pm. If you are going to randomly close a store location, at least update the website or on google maps!

The staff here is very helpful. I go here for all my framing needs and they mail coupons out frequently.

Always fun going here! I have it 3 stars because their prices are usually higher than other stores similar to what they sale. I was looking for a drafting board, and found one... But it was $70... Needless to say; I didnt get it. However, I did find the exact same one at is competitors for $30 less. I find Michaels is like this on many things. I just dont get it!

Good in stocks. Fairly clean, for a Michaels. The manager refused to match the website price so I left with nothing. Ordered next day from Amazon. Matching your own site is a standard practice and the only way to encourage a customer to enter your brick-and-mortar.

Stopped in to grab something but the store was packed. The aisles are small and crowded so it’s nearly impossible to distance from others. Multiple customers were not wearing masks or respecting distancing at all. It would be great if they could limit the number of people in the store at a time to keep down the crowding and congestion. It’s dangerous, especially with the awful covid numbers in this area

There is always a sale going on, don’t forget to look up a coupon. They have a bit of everything and keep a good amount of stock, they have always had what I needed.

Good selection of craft supplies and decorative stuff. But youd be a fool to buy anything not marked as being on sale unless you just need it right now, you can find it cheaper someplace else or wait for it to go on sale.

See I dont usually want to go to Michaels but I decided to go since hobby lobby closed down. So I drive up and there is a sign on the door that days the store is closed. I arrived during normal business hours. There is no explanation nor warning when I visited the website. Thanks for wasting my time.

I usually shop the Michaels at the Shoppes at Northeast mall in Hurst. By comparison this Michaels is a disappointment. It was noticeably dirty and overall had a dark dingy feel. The aisles are cramped and it is disorganized. I spent awhile choosing flowers for an arrangement from on single aisle that was marked 80% off. Upon checking out I found that three of the four items I picked were misplaced and therefore not 80% off. One was full priced and the other two 30% off. It’s understandable to have had one item misplaced but from this experience it seems like most of the florals are in chaos. Add a less than friendly cashier to the experience and it was just unpleasant. I walked out without buying anything.

I ordered an art kit online and also browsed for more items. Was helped quickly despite it being right before Christmas.Pick up was easy and had no trouble. There was a line for this service and someone came and helped. Always nice to see team work.

They had good service but, they were slow, no enthusiasm whatsoever, and the product I picked, which I had to pick with a piece of paper for them to receive, while I had to wait forever, and was dissapointed to see that they didnt even have the item I wanted. If they didnt have what I wanted, then they shouldve remove the little paper things that stated they had it! But, the lady that helped me was real nice.

I used to love this store but the quality of merchandise and service has declined over the years. They have great coupon offers and are generous with their use as well. That is what keeps me going back

The yarn selection is lacking, and while I am not sure if this is because of Michaels itself or because this location is a smaller store, I wasnt able to find the right size or feel and had to go to Hobby Lobby instead.

They have raised their prices on everything, especially Christmas items that say Hot Buy. Not a hot buy but regular price. Very disappointed being on a strict budget.

I came here looking for a few paint brushes. While all the painting brushes were in one section, many other ones were scattered about on multiple isles. So it took a bit to find what I was looking for. The quality of the brushes they sell is very good and theyre significantly cheaper than Hobby Lobby (but the oil paint at Hobby Lobby is cheaper). Dont forget to go their website to pull up the 40% off one item coupon. It can definitely make a difference.

I went in for a item that they had in the Sunday Sales ad and they had nothing. Upon waking in there were a bunch if associates standing in the framing section. Store looked fine as far as appearance goes. But could not find the item, frustrated we left.

Went to have some custom framing done at the NE Mall location and the customer service was very good. Polite and knowledgeable.

Nice store. Never crowded, but usually has just the right amount of people. I dont usually see employees around the store. They all seem to be conglomerated at the front of the store. Things are definitely getting done in the back as everything is usually nice and neat, uncluttered. I dont think Ive ever seen an aisle disorganized.

Bought a frame, no discount, and asked if they would put the picture in the frame for me. They did and charged me $10 to do it. I wont be using their frame dept ever.

This is a nice Michaels in the area with a ton of arts and crafts supplies. There are always good sales and the store is very well kept.

The store has plenty of things which can give a person and anxiety attack. Also, I hope they fixed their AC because when I went, it was very stuffy and warm and wearing a mask made it hard to breath.

Their yarn section is very disorganized and in a shambles... Very limited types of buttons.... In a pinch it is okay, especially on Sundays when Hobby Lobby is closed.

While I cant say the place was the cleanest, nor can I whole heartedly agree with the prices. I still loved the experience. The customer service was calm and greatly useful, and this place is my first stop for all my arts and crafts.

This is the worse Michael’s I have been to all across DFW area. It is dirty, filthy and it usually is not tidy at all. This location has not has updated like many others in the surrounding area and also never has anything in stock. Will be not be coming to this location ever.

Home decor is good here. Also, Michaels own brands are affordable, especially for art and craft supplies. However, I feel Hobby lobby has a much better and varied collection for arts and crafts.

Michaels overall is a fantastic store. My favorite store is the Northeast Mall store however the Keller Watauga store is good as well. They have recently started carrying Daniel Smith paints definite plus
