I thought I got a set of nice lashes... Until I saw what my other 2 girl friends got from different salons and paid a lot less than I did. Now Im disappointed. The tech was real nice and the receptionists was wonderful. But the product or should I day lack of product. My lashes are sparge compared to my other friends. I probably wont use lash lounge for the up keep.

Received classic extension refill services with Sydney. This is the second Lash Lounge I’ve experienced and my expectations were delivered with this location. Sydney is super sweet and an enjoyable stylist to work with. She does a phenomenal job juggling speed while maintaining quality. My first initial experience was the salon in Pennsylvania and now I will definitely be making the two and a half hour trip every month for this location in Keller. Super sweet and efficient staff with a wonderful first impression from these ladies.

Let me tell you about Ms. Madison. I have been going to see her for about 8 months now every two weeks. She is the sweetest, Most genuine person, and on top of that, she is hands down the best lash stylist in the state. Every time I get my lashes done, it’s like the first time all over again! Sydney ended up doing my classic lash extensions, this is the best full set I’ve had ever and I’ve been getting extensions for 5 years. Clean & no pain (first time not getting lashes pulled apart & no burning eyes from the glue)

I came in and got a full set of eyelash extensions, everything went greatand they looked amazing. I even bought 3 products they sell up at the front after the appointment was done. However, its been a week and a half since my appointment and lots of the lashes have fallen off. There is a big chunk missing in the middle of my one eye (enough for other people to notice) so I called to see if I could come in and have the middle part fixed. They said I would have to pay for a fill since it was close enough to the 2 weeks when they suggest you get the lashes filled. At my old salon I would go 3 - 3.5 weeks without needing a fill. I feel like it is a little excessive and expensive to expect customers to come in every 1.5 weeks to get lashes filled.. I dont know anyone else with extensions that goes that often. She then told me that the stylist that had put on the full set no longer worked there and that she could schedule me with a better stylist which leads me to believe that I didnt receive the best service. I then went on to schedule an appointment because I wanted to get this big space fixed asap and they couldnt fit me in until the following week (5 days later). Unfortunately, Ill be taking my business elsewhere. I called a place half a mile down the street (Lash & Glow) and they went out of their way to squeeze me in the next day to help fix the gap in my lashes.
