Ordered a pair of tires, price was fair and ship time normal, but when the tires arrived they were oddly packaged in a tall, slender box and came out with misshapen beads. Well see how they seat on the rim, but the packaging was definitely strange so first impressions are not stoked.

I took my stroller tire in today to be replaced. Super fast, easy and affordable. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for your tire needs!

I really didn’t know a ton about bikes and what exactly I was looking for and they were so helpful and kind to get me up and running. They will fix and tune up your bike quickly. Highly recommend!!

They were awesome. I went in to trade in my bikes to upgrade to a new mountain bike. Ray told me I could do better on selling them on my own. I did what he told me and he was right. This makes it obvious these guys are not commission based and want to take care of their customers. They sold me a freaking awesome bike and was cheaper than their competitors. They will get 100% of my business every time. And a side note the coffee is on point too.

I purchased my LOOK 765 from these guys and it was a fantastic experience. I like when people ar a bike shop can treat you as a fellow cyclist right off the bat. Its frustrating when you go to shops where youre treated like a total novice. Not so here. They have a fairly large supply of pedals, bidons, just about anything you need.Even cooler is the cafe shop inside of the store. And get this, the coffee is FANTASTIC.

Im a total bike nut, for the record. I brought in my gravel bike that hadnt been sounding normal (AKA quiet) since a race in March with instructions on replace whatever you need, reinstall bearings...whatever it cost - just make it right. Mike and the service guys not only fixed the issue in a day, but were completely honest in a very affordable solution and didnt try to uncharge me for anything I didnt actually need. Thats not super common - no sales BS, just doing honest, rad work on bikes. Ill not only come back to Cadence for my service needs, but also support the shop by buying my gear through them in the future. Top class shop.

Brought my 20+ year old mountain bike in last week for very loud squeaking. They suggested I get a performance tune and possibly a couple of parts. They said they couldnt get to it for a couple of days. I replied that I would be out of town for the weekend so no big deal. Got a text Monday right after I got back saying it was finished. Rides great and NO MORE SQUEAK! Affordable as well. Thanks guys for the good work and quick service!

The staff at this shop are the best. From helping you think through and select a bike, to fixing or tuning up a bike, you can’t go wrong here. They keep their prices reasonable and they know A LOT about cycling.

I brought my older bike in hoping to get it rideable so I could donate it to a local organization. Unfortunately, the frame was cracked by the handlebars and deemed a total loss. From the time I made the first call to the shop, everyone was super friendly and helpful. They inspected it right away and showed me exactly where the crack was. They also let me know they work with a local charity that takes bike parts and I was welcome to leave it with them and theyd be sure to get it into the right hands. Ill be recommending them to friends and family and will shop there for my future bike needs. Thanks so much for the great service! Yall made my day!

This is one of the best bike shops Ive ever been to in my life and I just moved Here. These guys have great attitudes are fun and most importantly are elite experts on high end Bikes. They have the ability to Triage with mastery and offers solutions that best meet your needs and budget. They are more concerned about getting your bike to its maximum performance ability and safety then they are about making money. They go out of their way to exceed expectations And as long as Im in DFW any bike I own will Never be touched or repaired by anyone but them. Not to mention their selection of bikes and accessories is mind blowing. And what they dont have they will get. Great, I needed to fix my bike a friend told my that they were super nice but cause covid19 they were Having trouble because the high number of demand. Called today to get assistance with changing my daughters bike tire and was greeted kindly and given and more than fair price and told to bring it in!!! This is her main form of exercise right now and it took a huge weight off this mom!! They even adjusted her wheel and did other minor maintenance and I am soooo grateful ! This is such an awesome place! You have to check it out! I went by to get my bicycle fixed. They fixed it quickly, and they were so friendly. It was also cool, because they had a coffee shop in the front. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Can’t say enough good things about this shop! We took our bikes there to get tuned up and Mike the mechanic did an awesome job. The ride was smoother, gears were smooth and quiet when shifting. He made adjustments to our seat and handle bars to improve our ride. Very friendly and knowledgeable!Ray, the manager, took us out on a Saturday ride (we are new to the area and group riding) He was so helpful, informative, and courteous in teaching us the rules of the road. We appreciated so much.These folks know customer service, are passionate about cycling, and want to share that with others in a low key, friendly way. No pressure or snobbery at this bike shop! Great local bike store. Everyone has lots of knowledge and experience in the business and very on top of things. Always will fix whatever problem you have. Also they have pretty good coffee and fair prices on a lot of things.

Went there a couple of weeks ago to get a flat tire repaired as I didnt feel comfortable enough to do it myself. Not only did they repair the flat on the spot for a fair price but they showed me how to do it myself and gave me great hints in the process. These guys are great! I will go again when its time for a tune up or for any other bike work I need or maybe just to try the coffee. I highly recommend them!

Im up set because I was told it would be 2weeks for my sons bike repair to be done. Come Friday it will be 3 weeks and they still dont have it done. I feel lied too and I feel that they should discount me for the lie and inconvenience. Not to mention there was no communication. I called and got attitude. Not cool.

Ray made the best pour over coffee I have ever had. They only use Avoca coffee. The coffee grounds and water were weighed and measured exactly. The water was at a perfect 195 degrees. Then he has a special way the water is poured to make the bloom and then to complete the pour over. He talked though every step he was doing. From now on I wont mind going shopping with my wife in Keller!

A very relaxed and neat place to talk about bikes! I worked in a bike store for a few years between stints at college and I still frequent bike shops in my free time and this one takes the cake for the coolest shop Ive been to. Cant wait to go back, grab some coffee and look at all of the bikes. 5 stars for sure

I have two cheap bikes that I dropped off for the professional tune up. I found the guys here to be super friendly, and accommodating. Mike appeared to be the tech who worked on the bikes. When I got the two bikes back, my son and I both felt like they rode as if they were brand new. I also got the bikes back sparkling clean! This is my go to place and now Im going to look into joining them on some of their club rides

Just visiting family in the area and while out on a ride I broke a spoke and needed some parts. Found this shop close by so I just popped in. I was greeted right away and directed to the repair station. They had what I needed and got me out the door quickly. Small shop but very nice, friendly and convenient. They even have a coffee bar in the location. This will definitely be my go to location when I am visiting again.

My only issue is that Velo is not closer to me! Aston and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and obviously passionate. We need more local businesses like this.

I had my girlfriend stop here to try a Liv 3 we wanted for her. They didnt have the bike in stock, but Mike was awesome and ordered it in for her to try. I came with her to test it out, once we walked in Mike yelled out from the back Hi Aryn I thought it was pretty cool he remembered her name from a week ago. Mike and Ryan were extremely helpful with getting her setup, didnt push anything on her and made great recommendations. We got her some gear and shes ready to hit the trails with me now. I stopped in to talk them about getting some work done on my bike and ask about trails in the area since I’m new to the DFW area. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and the associate I talked to took the time to show me where to find information on trails as well as which ones were good to ride and so forth. It was well beyond what could be expected for someone who wasn’t spending money in the store that day. I will certainly be making this my go to bike shop.Update: I had them do the work on my bike and they took great care of me. I don’t have the nicest bike, it’s not the most expensive by any means but they showed me the same respect I’m certain they give the big spenders. They fixed all the issues and went out of their way to make sure the price stayed reasonable. I can’t recommend them enough.
