Aysar Alba is the owner of Century Floors in Keller and my go to expert” when it come to flooring. I’ve been doing business with Aysar for years. In the past he has replaced my bedroom carpeting which I’m very happy with. Recently he replaced all the hardwood floors in our home. After a leak in our refrigerator’s ice maker caused our hardwood floors to buckle, they needed to be replaced. We were also beginning a remodeling project to enclose our patio. Aysar guided us as through a fairly lengthy process that took several months. The end result is that now we have beautifully updated hardwood floors throughout the house including the new sunroom. I highly recommend Aysar and Century Floors. I know I will continue to go to him for all my future flooring needs.

We had a fantastic experience with Century Floors. The selection of flooring and prices were great - and competitive. Unlike other stores, they made it very easy to compare flooring once they knew our price point. As far as the installation, I can honestly say I have never seen a crew work so hard in my life. They removed tile and old glue down hardwood, and did a great job with dust control. When it came time for the installation, they started when they said they would, and they finished within just a few days. Aysar came out to the house each day to check on progress. Melissa was also a pleasure to work with. I cant say enough about Century Floors. They did a beautiful job and we will enjoy these floors for years to come.

My husband and I just put new carpet on our stairs and vinyl flooring upstairs. We are incredibly happy with the floors but also with the service from the crew and management. The crew took extra time to hang plastic sheeting and tape to minimize dust in the rest of the house. At the end of every day the team would vacuum everything downstairs including rugs just to help clean even though the job was entirely upstairs. Everyone was courteous and friendly and arrived on time. Century Floors offered the best pricing compared to 3 other locations in Keller and their selection was better overall as well (in terms of what we wanted). I would highly recommend them and plan to work with them on future home updates.

We needed carpeting, I found Century Floors online, it was near our new house so we gave it a try. I was skeptical because it’s in Keller and I imagined it might be too expensive, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was competitively priced and the service is unmatched. Aysar took care of us as if we were his only customers. He was so helpful, kind and very accommodating. So glad we found his store. I shutter at the thought that I almost went to Home Depot.

Agree with Star Mac Local Guide’s review also. Similar problem with engineered wood floors laid without proper water barrier glue and is now needing to be replaced by another reputable company. Sad to see a Keller Business not provide excellent service. Also sad to see the reply the owner wrote to Star Mac’s review instead of being more professional. Would be cautious using this company.

Had a great experience with Century Floors. Had them do some nail down hand scraped hardwoods. Their price was the best I found. Service was excellent. They had a crew out the next day to start and were finished sooner than expected. Highly recommend.

OVERPRICED and DISHONEST! Century Floors is located in Keller, however, Aysar tried selling me flooring that was 30% more expensive than his competitors in SOUTHLAKE. Same exact product...30% overpriced. Secondly, Aysar stated ADAMANTLY that the product that I was interested in was water-resistant. When I asked him to show me proof from the manufacturers website, HE COULDNT. Lastly, Aysar told me he couldnt check flooring samples out to me so that I could compare them to the lighting and furniture in our home. I figured this was their policy and thought nothing of it. However, when I returned two days later to compare their flooring product with samples provided to me BY THEIR COMPETITORS (which they happily allowed me to check out and take home), it was only then that Aysar offered to allow me to check out his samples. Horrible business tactics! Century Floors is dishonest and overpriced. Before you buy from them, shop their competitors. Trust me, youll be glad you did!

My experience with Century Floors was very good overall. The materials used to lay down the tile, and wood are top notch. Aysar (owner) makes it a point that they only use good material, and they most definitely do. We had tile work, wood floors and stairs done in our home and everything turned out beautiful.His wood floor/stair crew was excellent in every sense of the word. They are meticulous, clean, efficient, and cordial. They take pride in their work, His tile guy, was overall good as well. Through out the whole project Aysar was in contact. He showed up on the job site at least once a day and more often than not, he came twice daily. During the whole time Aysar was responsive and worked to make the process efficient and worked to address issues. A good company.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! Aysar was so honest about pricing and material. His quote was and I am not kidding, $5,000 less than nearby floor stores for the exact same flooring... But I didn’t sacrifice quality or workmanship or anything else to get such a great price... I think because he doesn’t have a lot of salespeople or a big corporate office so he doesn’t need such huge markup. The installers were true craftsmen and very polite. They finished the job in 3.5 days... And that even includes getting the material. I seriously would not use or even trust anyone else.

Century floors put in nail down wood floors and remodeled my kitchen and bathrooms in my house about a year ago and it looks spectacular. As with any large remodel, we hit a few minor snags...but the sign of a great contractor is their willingness to make things right and work with you along the way. Ayser was great, including the fact that I called him today to tweak a door that was trimmed for the floors (mind you its a year later) and he let me know hed have someone here in a couple of hours. Just fantastic!

CENTURY FLOORS IS EXCEPTIONAL!!! I would go nowhere else to get floor coverings. Century Floors provides service the way it used to be done. I recently had water seep into the closet in my home office. They found a remnant and installed without charging me because I had bought the office carpet at Century Floors a few years prior.

We just finished with replacing all the carpet in our house and could not be happier with Century Floors. Aysar was great to work with, we have been going back and fourth for a period of time of which type and when to did this job but he was very easy to work with and took the time to answer all our questions.The installers work extremely hard and a did a fantastic job, all the seams are invisiable and they left the house cleaner than when they started.We are already planning having with Ayser to get us a quote for adding hard wood to replace the tile in the kitchen.

I talked to one of his installers and he told me the company owner doesn’t pay them. That he makes up problems in order to not pay for full amount for installation. Really unfair for the guys who work really hard

Went to Century Floors based on recommendations from others in the community. So glad I did. I replaced the carpet in three rooms and plan to extend our hardwood flooring into our master bedroom. Aysar was incredibly helpful throughout the process. No hard sales tactics were ever used. Instead Aysar provided me with the information I needed to make a wise decision. He even suggested COMPETING retailers where I might find hardwood that would match my existing flooring! Once I make that purchase, I will definitely have Century Flooring install it because my experience so far has been outstanding. The carpet looks great and Aysar’s installers, Victor and Victor Jr., were so quiet and made me feel so comfortable that I took a nap during the installation process. Five stars!!!

We had our master bedroom recarpeted, new tile in the master bathroom and shower installed and an upstairs carpet restreched by Century Floors. Unlike many firms that simply turn subcontractors loose Iser was on the spot supervising the different crews and checking their work. Melissa in the office was also great to work with. We were very pleased with the quality and cost of the work and would give Century Floors an unqualified recommendation- we only wish we had used them when we remodeled our kitchen several years ago.
