Very good and knowledgeable about bikes! They are a one stop shop. If you can think of anything you need, they can do it. Im getting some mods done to my bike, and cant wait to see the final results! I picked this place on recommendations from many of my friends. Reasonably priced, great service, friendly! On the top of my list!

Awesome place. I brought my forks there to get new springs installed on Saturday at 1:30, figuring I wouldn’t get them back till the following week I put all my tools up. Come 2:30 I get a phone call saying they are finish and the forks are ready to be pick up, I couldn’t believe it. These guys are professional, fast, and good at what they do! I would highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning.

Went to these guys to have a custom mounting bracket made for my LED headlight on a 99 Softail. Process took about a week and Chop Shop made it happen and at the right price. Going back for more custom work in the near future. Excellent shop.

BEWARE! Worst shop I’ve ever been to in 40 years, dozens of cars and bikes! Bike came back far worse and DAMAGED than when I brought it in. Asked for him to fix the damage he caused and he said it was the bike’s fault!?? Terrible service, terrible communication…never again! DON’T GO!!

Had an oil leak on my Suzuki Volusia and researched around to see where I wanted to take it. I called Chop Shop and someone answered right away. Very friendly over the phone and said to bring it on in (granted this was the week before Christmas so I was worried it would take a while). I rode it in and they came out to introduce themselves and when I told them what was wrong, they immediately laid on the ground to take a look. That was when I knew I chose the right place. A simple thing to do but it immediately showed me that they took my problem very seriously and would work to get it resolved quickly. Within a couple of days, I got a response saying they believe they fixed the problem but wanted to keep it an additional night just to make sure. When I went to pick it up, They explained exactly what they did, why the did it, and asked if I had any questions. Cost was very reasonable but the customer service was way beyond what I expected. Great job and hats off to you guys. Earned a customer for life.

Exceptional service. Took my Honda Silver Wing, they diagnosed the problem, they gave me the option to buy the parts myself and saved me about $150.00. If I ever have anymore problems, Ill be heading over to them. Thanks for the work guys.

Totally disappointed with service and prices, pay over $600 on electrical repairs and other few hundreds on cleaning the carburetor and some others services on my bike, takes over a month to find out a electrical problem issue, making me waste time and money in parts by he’s recommendation to replace and take over 30 days on let me know that the used order parts are damage and because that I was unable to return the purchases parts because pass the 30 days warranty on it, also wires still all over the battery and engine, totally unprofessional, also recommend to replace the battery and a few weeks later say that battery is ok. Almost spend another few hundreds on a good working battery. Also decide to replace some others electrical parts with out let me know and charge me extra for parts and labor, well bike was on his shop over 3 to 4 months and last week leaving a voice mail that if I don’t pick up my bike I will be charge storage fee. That’s totally unprofessional, and still no happy with service done on my bike and the unprofessional service.

Chop Shop knocked my dads bike out of the park. AJ took the time to do it right and I could not be happier. Killer bikes and honest people. I tell everyone about this shop. My bike is a 1965 Panhead and it is hard to find a shop that will take the time to do it right! Thanks guys.

Not sure about all the glowing reviews. Took my triumph there to get it repaired from a mild collision. Easy money for them. Told to come by, nobody was there. Tried again and got ahold of him. Told couple days to work up quote. No problem. Days go by...weeks go by.....multiple phone call follow ups. Waiting on price for parts....which I could find in 10 mins online. Completely unprofessional. Take a look at the shop when you go there.....tells you everything you need to know. Complete chaos.

Powdercoated my wheels didnt even sand blast them so now I have stickers under my powdercoat! Second put the wrong tire on my front wheel! Third didnt even put the tire on the right direction. And it took 2 weeks longer than they said! This place is garbage never go to them!!!!

Went in to the shop just to order a new helmet after someone cut the chin strap on mine and he got it ordered at a great price and let me go pick it up . I like their work and will use them in the future.
