The rack itself is great, however, I also paid $125 for the double gas can rack and didn’t receive it. I purchased the Moto rack and gas mounts in June. The shop contacted me to let me know that orders were about 6 weeks out. I didn’t receive the rack until 12 weeks later. That was after I had to call and email constantly and file a complaint with PayPal. They sent the rack but not the gas cans and won’t respond to me. So basically stole $125. It’s a bummer that they take your money and make you beg to have the product sent. Did anyone else have this experience? I’d be happy with a refund or the racks even after the long wait but the fact they won’t even respond is disappointing.

Do yourself a favor and stop thinking about buying the motojack rack and just do it. You wont regret it. Easiest possible way to load/unload a bike.
