I am a first time customer at metroplex piano in keller. I was looking for a piano for my daughter. I did not know anything about pianos. That is not until Mr. Ryan Hale helped me . Metroplex Piano is truly the BEST piano store for DFW, especially since they specialize in Bösendorfer pianos - the top piano in the world!! Bösendorfers are capable of producing subtle and beautiful colors in a way that no other piano even compares. Plus the wonderful concerts that are held at their stores are just delightful and inspiring!! TOP NOTCH marks!!!!

The two occasions ive visited this establishment, it was made fairly evident my buddy and I were profiled for both our age and the fact that we werent attired in a snobby suit and tie. The employees seem nice but give a feeling of youre not good enough and refuse to speak with us. I find joy in surprising people with my love for the finer things despite my age or appearance but unfortunately metroplex pianos took away that feeling. The 2 stars is for the great selection of fine instruments.

I purchased my 2nd Yamaha piano from the Keller store last Month. I upgraded from the GB1 to the GC2. My salesman, Bob, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. His sales approach was like that of a friend. I thoroughly enjoyed my buying experience. I LOVE my piano. The piano arrived the next week. The installers did a great job. There was a small scuff on the piano and Bob sent Metroplexs refinisher out two days later. He not only removed the scuff as if it was never there, but went over the entire piano. It is beautiful. After a month, Metroplex provided a free tuning. The tuner was meticulous in his detailed work. The piano sounds better than I had imagined. I have wanted to play the piano for 50 years and with Metroplexs help, I am living that dream. My many thanks to Metroplex, specifically to Bob, and his partner (I cant remember his name.) I give Metroplex, Bob, and the post services. I give a 10 out of 10 in all categories. Thank you, Bob, and thank you Metroplex Piano in Keller.
