Great experience at Club Champion, I’ve gone in for multiple fittings with Nelson who is very knowledgeable of the game. They have all the necessary equipment to dial in your needs and wants. Will continue to improve my game with club champion!

Not a place for women or amateurs. Took my wife, as per her coach’s suggestion, and the salesperson mentioned that they don’t carry women’s shafts and it would not be wise on their side to carry different sizes of shafts. He mentioned that she would benefit more from classes than club fitting. The salesman didn’t consider that I play golf also and didn’t even bother mentioning what he could do for me. Invest in classes. There are others places that go the extra mile to find you a solution.

My driver was the most inconsistent part of my game, and I needed to change that. I wanted to buy the M4, but started doing some research, and everyones advice was to get fitted. I went on Golf Digest, and they recommended Club Champion, so I made an appt with Nelson. He was very knowledgable about the process, and explained why I was having trouble off the tee. We started with the shaft. I ended up with a 3-wood length instead of driver for more control. Out of all the club heads we tried out, it came down to the Ping G400 and the M4. I was hitting straight down the middle with both, but I felt more comfortable with the G400, so I went with that. About a week or so later, I got my driver. Went to the range, and started belting them straight. Played that weekend, saved 14 strokes from my previous game at the same course from the back tees. The biggest difference was my 2nd shot -- it was in the fairway instead of in the rough or OB, which gave me a higher percentage shot to attack. I would def recommend this place, and will be coming back more soon.
