Absolutely pathetic. Terrible service... they tried charging me over 200 dollars for a key I couldnt even use. And couldve ruined my truck programming to do it. Very petty over a 5 dollar piece of nickel or brass that was at their fault

The perfect place to buy a vehicle. I have purchased from Goshen, Ligonier and Ft. Wayne and Max Platt was my favorite. I called ahead and told them what I was looking for and Lucas set up an appointment for me and had both options for me, and I am going back later today to pick up my mew new vehicle. I had purchased my last vehicle from Ft. Wayne and I started going to Max Platt for my service, because it was closer and because I was treated good there, I decided to purchase my vehicle here. My family and I have been going to Max Platt Ford/Lincoln for many years and have purchased/leased at least 8 vehicles from here. Robin has been the sales lady to help us on all purchases. She does a phenomenal job and knows what she is doing. The Platt family is astounding with their service at the dealership. From the side of sales to service, I have had the best customer service ever. Before I switched to Ford, I drove a Honda and a Toyota. I will be sticking with Ford and Max Platt dealership for as long as I’m around here. I actually just purchased a brand new 2020 Ford Fusion SE with the help of Robin Haines. I’m only 21 and never thought that I would own a brand new, but she knew what she was doing and she got me a really good deal. The best part is she was super understanding and I told her exactly what I was looking for and she found that for me. I didn’t have to compromise. I got what I wanted! Thank you to Max Platt Ford/Lincoln. I’m very satisfied with the sales department, management, and the service team. Never once have I been dissatisfied with them.P.S. I went in for an oil change on my 2014 Ford Fusion and ended up coming out with the 2020 Ford Fusion. That’s just how good they are with their sales. 🙂 They didn’t push me into a new car, but they knew I was thinking of upgrading and Robin sat down with me just to get an idea of what I was looking for and she found it, so I bought it. It wasn’t the plan but that’s just how good they are.

What a wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of working with robin on a 2019 Ford Raptor. She was not one bit pushy and when she went into the managers office she worked extremely hard to get a fair deal for me. If your going to Max Platt ask for Robin you won’t be disappointed.

I recently purchased my Ford Escape at Max Platt from Patrick Snow. This care has been a perfect fit for my lifestyle, profession, and personal budget. Patrick spent a considerable amount of time in finding me the vehicle I wanted. I actually looked at two cars he found before I went with the Escape. It was about a 1-2 month process before I purchase the Escape from him. I appreciate most that he was patient as I looked at each choice and I never felt pressured. I have referred many people in my network to buy from Patrick at Max Platt Ford. Whether it is someone who can go pay cash for a new vehicle or a young person getting a loan to buy their first car on their own, I would send them to Patrick and Max Platt Ford.

The owner never spoke with me as they are claiming, I have never seen the owner. Buyer beware. Very dishonest dealership. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. They said there were no known issues with the vehicle. It was a very rushed sale. They will not respond to any of my attempts to contact them after the initial phone call. Before I hit the 90 day mark I was over $5000 in mechanical problems with the vehicle. They will lie to anyone they can to make a buck.

The service manager went above and way beyond my expections when it came to fixing a mishap. Its great to see there are still companies that care about their customers and truly value what they have to say.

I believe in supporting my local businesses and have high expectations. I was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I see no reason to go elsewhere. Its nice to go somewhere that knows you and takes care of you. I love my F-150 !

David Dressler is the man! He helped me navigate my first dealer-bought car experience, and was incredibly helpful. Not too pushy, and not overbearing. It was great to have someone interested in a sale but not desperate. Will definitely recommend in the future.

Max Platt Ford is such a great place to work with when it comes to your form of transportation. They treat you like your part of the family there. We have purchased both my wifes car as well as my truck there. They also helped us find a great deal on our Sons truck. Had my 99 F-350 Diesel truck in for major repairs and maintenance on my transmission, oil leaks, etc.. AS ALWAYS the service department took the time to answer all my questions in a friendly, professional manner. Most dealerships rip you off with higher service costs than independent mechanics. Ford Focus/major recall issue....they are always pleasant, professional and have a great waiting area. And this morning the sunrise was particularly beautiful from the waiting area. Coffee, water, tea, friendly people.

I took my daughter there to purchase her first vehicle. Our sales person, Dave Dressler was great! He was very professional and prompt. Best if all, he had a great relationship with Amy, over at Three Rivers Credit union. Which made the purchasing process so much easier for a first time buyer. We had to wait a few days to pick up our her vehicle. But it was well worth the new radio we received. When we finally picked it up, the process was quick and her vehicle was spick and span. We were very satisfied!

They have the absolute best customer service! We have owed Lincolns for years, and strayed and purchased an Infinity once. We only owned it for 6 months because the customer service was the absolute worst, and came back to Lincoln- particularly because of Max Platts service department. Andrew and his team are so good at their service job, I actually ended up purchasing a new MKZ Hybrid they loaned me while servicing my MKX. The whole team from service to sales is great!

I have not have great service. First time they said would wash and sweep lincoln like agreement says all lincoln service should but didnt. Lied they swept it. I just did that morning. 2nd time let me know they dont have time or manpower to pick up vehicle so they dont honor lincoln service plan. Seemed to care less if i didnt come back
