First came in got set up in a car had some things go wrong with the vehicle that made me turn away from it someday they had no problem helping me get into another as fast as they could awesome environment good people

Terrible terrible people. They do nothing but lie and try to suck you dry for every penny even when you owe them nothing. There cars are junk a week after I had my car it started running rough misfiring and the timing was off. They say they will work with you on payments and they NEVER did I would NEVER EVER recommend superior auto to anyone. Not even joe Biden.

I had a very nice experience with the new manager Andrew. Made me feel very comfortable in the process of buying another vehicle. Explained the programs that are available to me. I would recommend at least go in and talk with Andrew if you are interested in buying a car. We have done business with superior for awhile. But Andrew is a good guy.

I got to work with Dillion and he did an amazing job of getting me into a vehicle that day! Definitely going to enjoy being their customer.

Had auto pay set up with authorization needed every Friday. I recieved calls every Friday for reminder of payment and to have permission to run my bank card.traded my car in for a better vehicle at another lot and they paid off my loan from superior... Friday comes no call.. figure its because its paid off. Then my account was charged my payment on a TUESDAY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. worst car place in town. Absolute thieves and have no moral complex.

After reading all other customer reviews and having 13 years of business dealings with these people and cars that have lasted for years from them and having them work with us in any way possible to get things fixed and resolved in a timely and appropriate manner all I can say is if you pay your bill on time and treat people the way you would like to be treated maybe there wouldnt be so many unsatisfied customers because we have never once had a problem everybody has always been kind courteous willing to work with you on fixing vehicles I will always use this location and I have referred many people there as well as my own children

This place harbors the worst customer service Ive ever seen, I wouldnt recommend Kendallville Superior Auto to my worst nightmare. Ive had my car with them for a little over a year, I still have two to go and Im dreading every second of it. The employees are extremely rude, Ive made every single payment on time except last week I paid a day late. They not only called me over 10 times, they also proceeded to call my parents phone multiple times after my mother telling them I no longer reside there. As if the calls werent enough, someone drove all the way to my parents house, in Waterloo, so not a short distance and left a letter about my payment being ONE day late. Ive also had tons of problems with the vehicle, Ive had to replace the belt, entire power steering pump, both wheel bearings, the car battery, and the sensors. Ive had troubles with it overheating, not starting, and when the sensors went out it wouldnt let me drive over 40 MPH. Superior Auto didnt replace any of these parts for me, the most they did when I called and explained all the issues was offer me a tow truck and basically ask what I expected from them, which is funny because the day I purchased the car JJ bragged up their automotive shop and how they were very helpful. I understand its their employees job to call you and see when youre going to be paying, its NOT their job to cop an attitude and act snarky to their clients. If you think you want to go through a Superior Auto, go to Angola or Auburn. My parents were through Angola and they found the exact vehicle they were looking for within their price range. My fiancee is through Auburn and he never has problems, theyre very understanding that life happens and work with you. Nobody deserves to be treated bad, but Kendallville SAC treats all clients like theyre human garbage. The best advice I can give is stay FAR FAR AWAY!!!

They used to have very good customer service. The people that are there now have really poor customer service skills. My car payments were way too high. They also lied about what was wrong with the car. Could never pay to get it fixed cause the payments took all the money I had. Also the same part kept breaking. Had to fix the car all the time. We were customers for 18 yrs. They didnt care they just tossed us to the curb, we played off several cars over the years.

The worst service I have ever had all the cars I test drove were either having a knock or transmission slipped and the car I bought had a bad drive shaft in it .

They will take parts off your car and claim to be fixing them. My car is paid for now and they never fixed my drive shaft and won’t even call me back to give me my part back so I can take it to get it fixed! Very disappointing I have paid on time, every time and this is the thanks I get. This is actually my second vehicle through them apparently loyalty means nothing o these people!

They do nothing but sell junk. They make sure the car is rigged good enough to get you to sign the papers, however, as soon as the car breaks (usually within the first month) they say to bad its on you and still have to pay. The customer service is just plain rude!!! I do not recommended this place. If you do decide to go with them make sure you take the vehicle into a mechanic to look it completely!!!

I only wish I could give negative stars. The absolute worst experience with vehicles that Ive ever had. Bought a truck for myself and a car for my girlfriend about a year later. Paid way more than the vehicles were worth (poor credit, but thats my fault). Both vehicles CONSTANTLY needed work, not just routine maintenance but had to replace front ends on both vehicles (shocks, struts, ball joints, tie rods, ect... ect). Bad breaks, bad exhaust, bad tires, the list goes on. Spent well over $10,000 in combined repairs on both vehicles. They dont stand behind anything they sell. They got me once, shame on them. They got me twice, shame on me. They wont get me a third time.

Do yourself a favor..... DONT GO HERE!!!!!!Unless you want to spend $13,000 on a $4,000 car (Literally!!!). The management can be described with 1 word.....SHADY!!The manager will take advantage of anyone he can!!!!!Even calling corporate will only get you a brick wall. Its amazing that when you want to speak with a manager there..... They suddenly dont have names or numbers to give you to resolve the issue. I would go anywhere else besdies Superior Auto!!!!! ESPECIALLY THE KENDALLVILLE LOCATION!!!!!!!!

This is the most unprofessional acting group of people I have ever met in my life. First off they have stolen cash from their drop box for our payment. When we would not back down on saying we put the money in the box and threatened to call corporate they suddenly wanted to pay a certain amount to help us out so we did not need to call them. I have heard from multiple people who have cars from them that it is okay to be late if you are a women and have a friend someone there has even fixed anything wrong with her car months after she got it for FREE. Also, she had been late several times and was always told by that ONE person it was fine. But the second we are late one day they threaten to reposes. I have been told people have responsibilities by the women who called me. They are so rude over the phone. Save yourself and deal with another location! They are a JOKE!

Superior auto is a crook in Kendallville. they cobble up dangerous junk that wont last out your payments then sue you when you wont pay for their cobbled up junk. good luck losers

They sell junk yard cars doctored up payed off two the they had to send to the shop for transmissions and they will not work with you at all i think they should go out of business for selling junk the 3rd the transmission went out and was not fixed right and it still ran like junk then i had Medical issues was off work two weeks under dr care the main office cried for there money now they want 2x more than the loan was they say they will work with u bullsh*t lied to are face if u buy a vehicle smell the trans fluid if it smell weird DONT BUY IT walk away

Very rude. Never willing to work with you when you fall in a hard financial time!! My car is sitting on their lot, Im still paying weekly but cant afford insurance other then root and they wont give my car back because root is not an immediate insurance.. 😠 dont get how that is fair or legal...
