I tried to do some work in the coffee shop. My experience was a bit wild - the staff sat an employee down next to my table to reprimand his performance where all could hear vs in private. Then he left and the staff of 4 discussed this teammates bad behaviors for over 10 minutes for the entire coffee shop to hear. Clearly a culture of poor leadership, respect for privacy and lack of curtsey for customers. Legit vibe kill here. Have the coffee outside.

Coffee, tea, and scones were very good. But disorganized on inside orders. No one made us aware of our scones sitting in a bag on the counter, coffee came 5 minutes later and asked if we had our tea, which we didnt, so then waited on it. Would be nice to have ALL order at once.

Service is great and fast! Need more sugar free options. But all in all I visit regularly and am satisfied with the service everytime! :)

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop, and I love how they are a local chain. Their vanilla caramel drinks are my all time favorite! Staff is always so friendly and the atmosphere is super chill. Their muffins arent too bad either. 😋

Frozen black tie mocha is amazing. And yet, not too formal for everyday use! 😋 The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. This last trip was through the drive thru but the inside is a great place to meet with others or work alone. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Great job!

Great coffee withgood flavor.Very slow service especially at the Shipshewana location although there were zero cars in the queue. Plus the Amish woman didnt have any idea how to make change and had to get her supervisor to help her. The total was something like 10.71 and she was given 21.00 dollars. In addition the person who took our order didnt seem to understand the order which was very simple and straightforward.The Kendallville location was much faster and friendly and I was completely happy with the customer service.

A very well maintains and clean storefront. They had delicious freshly brewed coffee and teas available. They also had a good selection of bagged coffees and boxed teas for sale. Definitely going to be a long my stops for going into work every morning!

I really enjoy the coffee here. My favorites are the vanilla caramel latte and the white chocolate mochas. And like the environment on the inside. I do wish the prices were just a little bit cheaper, but I do enjoy when they have customer appreciation days and the coffee is buy on get one free!

We dont come here often but had family in town so we stopped. Good service and good drinks.

I love the hometown feel of this place. I love that I can go to the drive through, start ordering my usual and they know who I am. They can even finish my order without me saying because Im probably the only one that orders it that way. Most everyone I have encountered working there is very pleasant and super helpful. We love going there.

I was only in there for a few minutes but they took care of three orders and made me some awesome hot chocolate! The baristas were also very nice

I told my barista I was on keto and she walked me through my order to help me cut out carbs and sugar. I was impressed!

Still have issues.with paying $5 for.coffe but service is great and so is the coffee. Atmosphere.seems even more laid-back than typical. Internet cafe. They have nice booths in addition to tables which makes you feel less exposed to prying eyes.

Coffee Chocolate and Staff are awesome! The decor is very pleasant. The management is suspect. They dont allow tipping with credit/debit. I go there less than half as often as I would because I cant just not tip great people and I rarely carry cash. Too bad!!!!

Plenty of very friendly staff. However they made my deink wrong!! It was nothing like what I asked for. A frozen vanilla tea drink. Sounds simple right ?? Well i was asked if I wanted it sweetened or unsweetened. I chose sweetened. So I was given something that was an iced tea full of gritty sugar and a hint of sugar. SERIOUSLY I PAID FOR THIS??? The baristas decided to have a debate about it. So I just left. Threw it out for McDonalds sweet tea.Did I mention that the customer in front of me had to come back in and have his drinks remade they were all wrong. Not the best first impression!!!!

One of my favorite places in town. The crew is extremely friendly and I dont think Ive had one negative experience at any of my visits. The crew demonstrates a pride in their work which is a cherishable characteristic at any place of business in the service industry.
