I have been to the Hancock lumber yard, but have not been involved with the kitchen showroom. The help and materials are good. Their second warehouse is very clean and the shelves are fairly organized.

Bought a door through them installed it and recently noticed a crack near bottom of door as well as the side that has warped. Only had this door 6 months. Called and took them days to finally call back after calling them once a day. Gentleman told me he would send in the claim but most likely it wont be covered in warranty and went on to tell me fiberglass doors are pretty much bullet proof. If they were bulletproof how could a door crack so easily? Will never use again if they can’t stand behind a product that they sell.

First time Ive been to Hancock Lumber in Kennebunk since I retired almost five years ago and moved out of town. Their new facility is beautiful and functions well. Their customer service was great.
