Local charity food shop with very good prices and very pleasant staff

Fantastic charity supporting the local community

Doing a great service for the community with an affordable shopping alternative to the food bank. Register online and pay £3.50 wk or £14 month to shop essentials and also pick up some freebies like deli bread fresh veg, soups etc.

Fast to respond. Effective charity in action. Excellent condition items. I would give 10 stars if I could.

When I first heard this was starting I wondered what it could add to Edinburghs homeless provision, but am glad that my cynicism has been misplaced. It is now a crucial element for support & care of folk finding their first home in a while. It needs loads of support, financial & volunteers, but is very worthy of every penny & minute of support it receives in order to help others.
