This was our first time booking through Party Time Inflatables and everything was a breeze from placing our reservation to pick-up. The cleanliness of our obstacle course was immaculate to say the least. I asked if it was brand new because I am normally used to having grass and debris delivered with our inflatables when I’ve rented from others in the past. They even set up a tarp underneath the unit even though it was already set up on grass! Kids loved the unit and for the first time ever actually used it for the entire duration of the party (6-8 hours). You have a new lifetime customer and thank you for making my sons 7th birthday party easy to plan!

I booked a waterslide two weeks in advance of an event. The owner called me the morning of the event and informed me it was going to rain so he would not deliver a WATERSLIDE. This is ridiculous! If there are weather concerns, the owner could have at least called the day before. On top of that, I do NOT get my $50 deposit returned since I will not re-schedule with this company to only have this happen again. If you are going to cancel due to weather, why are you in a business with outdoor equipment. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company!!
