GREAT PRICE almost half the cost of the big name places. This is my second time using this company and each time I have had a great experience and the best price each time. We used them the 1st time to replace a window in our home. They are my place for all window needs. Just in case you are wondering I do not work for them and was not paid for these comments.

I’m so happy I decided to go with this company. The repairman came to my house to install my windshield. It was the most affordable place I found after calling different places for quotes. He was very professional and was very thorough with all the information I needed. I will definitely recommend this business.

I talked to Tracy for scheduling in house quote for my 3 bathrooms shower doors. When Tracy found out that I am getting quotes from multiple companies he refused to schedule the appointment stating that “If you are comparing quotes from businesses on the back of the truck or those who have no overhead I can’t compete with them. It cost me $100 to send a truck for a quote. Sorry we can’t do business with you”. Are you serious?? For a job that cost over 10 thousand dollars I am not going to get multiple quotes? Or give it to a company with no reputation or work force?? Worst customer service experience ever!!Edited_01/04/2021.Tracy called me back with in few hours of the review and apologize for the misunderstanding and explained it was a misunderstanding and he doesnt conduct business like this.P.S. I tried multiple times to edit my review but Google was not saving it and erroring out. One of their technicians was able to come by within 30 minutes of me coming to work to find a broken window (he was finishing a job up in my area) and they had a new window cut and installed the next day. You cant get any better than that!

So Glad I found Glass Doctor! They have the best price after getting quotes from the local business and national chains. They also have mobile service at no extra charge unlike some other glass places. Bonus is that they also have a 1 year warranty for the replacement of the glass for any reason that your windshield breaks. Nobody and I mean NOBODY gives warranty on windshield!!! You only pay for the labor. The service man was so pleasant to deal with also. He was pleasant to speak to and very clean and professional. Please call and get prices and see what I mean. I had dealt with Safe Auto which they were expensive and rude. Safe Auto is recommended by our Auto Insurance but more expensive and our insurance didnt cover the charge and they charged more- we only use Safe Auto for the free crack repair that the insurance offers. So lesson learned, shop around and call Glass Doctor if you need to replace the entire glass. I am so glad I did.

These guys were great! $100.00 less than the national guys and did the job the next day, not a two week appointment with the big guys. They understood we had a company truck that needed to be fixed and back in service. Love to see a local company outperform the deep pocket national brands.

Needed a rear passenger window on my F150 Crew Cab replaced. Called several companies, including the big national companies, hoping to get service the same day. Found this company near the end of my search and am I glad I did! Not only was their price HALF of the big national company but they had the window available and advised they could come out in a couple of hours.A very experienced tech with 39 years of experience was extremely thorough in cleaning up the broken glass inside the door (I had already vacuumed the glass from inside the truck) and replacing the window, including testing it for proper operation. This is not a DYI operation!I would highly recommend!!!

Dont use this company!!! I used them a few years ago to replace the front windshield. Was fine till a few years later, and hit a bump, and the rear view mirror fell off (It has the glass connection, and the glass part broke). So, off to get another windshield. Called this company again, for a quote, and took them months to get me the quote, Jennie M. Kelly kept forgetting to send me the info. Well, I got tired of that, and contacted Safelite. They have been very professional, and on time. Come to find out, this company, Glass Doctor, installed the wrong windshield last time they did the replacement. Do yourself a favor, and go to a good reliable company, like Safelite.

I requested service to replace a broken patio door glass on the website and I had a pleasant, efficient and dependable lady call me. She followed up with me through the process of getting measurements and finding the size of glass needed for my doors. The next day the service tech came out and did a great job cleaning up the broken glass, removing the plastic & tape, and then did a great job installing the glass. Exemplary service. When a semi-truck flung rocks and debris at my car while driving down S. Claiborne, I notices a smallish chip in my windshield. I called Glass Doctors immediately, and they were at my location in about a half hour. While I thought my only option was to replace the entire glass, the repairman told me I had a much more practical and economic solution. Not only did they make the crack completely invisible, but my insurance waived the deductible and paid ME for the repair! Thank you so much Glass Doctors!!!

Fast friendly and Efficient

You really donot want to use these guysThey installed Double Pane windows in my living room. They did it on a rainy day and all of the caulking waged out. They refused to fix it.They also broke the 3.4” mounding in pieces and just put it back that way. Here again they wouldn’t fix it.They put large mirrors in the Bathroom and scratched my porcelain bowl. It was brand new and denied that as well. They didn’t caulk around the edges and now I have big brown spots from the back deteriorating due to the moisture.Remember especially in Construction you get what you pay for.........

Horrible. The place was absolutely filthy. Just nasty. I went with my friend to look for glass for his car and after I saw the work conditions I told him HELL NO.

I guess I should have taken into consideration that they wrote their OWN review. After requesting for an appointment it took 2 days to hear from anyone and I was the one who had to reach out to make that happen. It took 3 business days for them to come out to my house to take measurements and 4 business days for an estimate. No sense of urgency for an emergency fix at all. Highly disappointed and would not recommend them.

NEGATIVE 12 STARS!! Glass Doctor needs a Head Doctor! Lady who answered phone today (11/28/16) @ 2:15pm was extremely rude!!! Called to get a quote on new windshield but before I mentioned anything I was put on hold for 5mins( ok np it happens). When she picked up the phone she did not greet nor ask what I needed, instead she immediately stated she has no appointments and to call back another time and if I was calling for a quote that I needed to call her back tomorrow because she did not have the time! I asked her if she was crazy!! UNACCEPTABLE AND EXTREMELY PATHETIC!! Im not getting a windshield today or tomorrow or even the next day, but it will be a cold day in hell if they believe I will call back just to see if they have found the time for another customer!! Not sure of their prices but Id pay double the price elsewhere!! Especially if their products and services are anything like this lady!!
