I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. The employees at Premier Kia of Kenner truly care about their customers. I own a vehicle from this location, and every time I visit for car maintenance, everyone is attentive, professional, efficient, and welcoming.

If I can give more then 5 stars to this place I would. I’m 1000% satisfied with my car, I love it. My sales person was Gloria. She was such a nice lady very helpful and professional. If you’re looking for a Kia go to this place they will take care of you, I promise you won’t regret it.

Sales representative ran my credit to a bunch of lenders without my consent. I didnt even tell him I wanted the vehicle. Would not recommend this dealership.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible. I called today and was hung up on multiple times from the operator or front desk not sure who it was. I have literally had the worst experience with Premier Kia! I am the last person to try and leave a negative review but go somewhere else save yourself the stress and trouble. These people are just trying to make a dollar and could care less how they treat people.
