Ive been coming here for years for tires and related auto services (flat repairs, brakes, suspension, alignments, etc.). James & Tracy have an outstanding crew. Although always busy, theyre courteous and both their turn around times and pricing are reasonable. Also, this is not a nationwide chain so when your vehicle is repaired here, the $s stay in the local economy.

This place is a little hidden gem. The guys are super friendly and know what they are doing. Wont nickel and dime you. If youre looking for a fancy waiting area, not for you. If youre looking for excellent mechanics, this is your place!

I will literally never go to another mechanic. First tried Gillette when I needed new tires and was beyond impressed. When my car was damaged in the recent flood, I knew exactly where I was going. Theyve been so wonderful I recommend them to everyone I know. Its so hard to find an honest mechanic and they are such good people, you wont be disappointed!

Had a problem with my suspension for over a month was referred to Gillette Tire and Automotive they found out what the problem was fixed and returned my vehicle days before the promise time. Life saver thats all I can say, Salute to Gillette Tire and Automotive 👌👌👌

Bought tires and they did a good quick job

Horrible service. The lady who answer the phone get upset when you ask questions and talk over you to where she dont hear or comprehend what you are trying to ask. My truck was in the shop from Friday to Monday and I got a call saying it was ready to be picked up only for it to break down Thursday of the same week.I took it back to them with a diagnostic test results and the lady said we dont go by that but yet They never checked to see why my check engine light was on. They tried to say it was the battery or cold weather thats causing the issues with my truck. Clearly they got paid to repair my truck but didnt anything to fix it.

We would like to thank James and Tracy for the Great Service they always provide our A/C is fixed and the car runs like a well oiled machine. Thanks to you and the Crew.

Went in with a coolant leak was told just a loose clamp didnt sell me anything i didnt need they are the most honest and friendly shop would highly recommend them. So many shops want to ripp you off
