Always neat, clean, and organized. Everything is easy to find. Can expect to run in and out. If it wasnt for the hurricane, I can always depend on ordering to just drive up and pick my order up without having to go in-which is great for after work.

Love this store one of a few stores that still feel like a department store. Its always exceptionally clean and organized. Associates always friendly and helpful.Love the 5% saving when I charge on my red card. Wish they had more stores available. I think they would do great in larger location areas. Every time we visit Kenner we usually go to this target. I always find something I need or don’t in this one. It’s easy to get through especially in the Mornings. Usually friendly workers too.

One stop shop for everything and stores are always so neat and clean

Me and a friend went 2 three yes THREE locations 2 find a pair of shoes for an event.1st location(westbank) had the shoe as a display but wasnt the correct size. We were told that the shoe was available in metairie; correct size n color.2nd location (metairie) didnt have the shoe and suggested the saleswoman incorrectly said METAIRIE but meant KENNER.3rd location (kenner) initially said they didnt have the shoe at all but after much interaction the miraculously found the shoe in the back employee area...after 30-45 minutes. Who knows mayb they loved the shoes n had intention on purchasing them 4 themselves.Naturally this made us late for said event.On a side note I saw sum great graphic tees. Have a look😮Thanks Tar-get!

I really like this store. It is an endless, one floor Target. It has everything you want including Starbucks. It is also inside the mall. The staff is really nice and helpful. One star off because you cant take the cart inside the mall although there is a door open to the mall. It is like that you have to park next to Target and visit only Target.

My favorite target. I drive from Jefferson near Elmwood, specifically for this target! it’s Huge, ALWAYS clean, typically fully stocked, the baskets are super kid friendly for them to sit in, and I overall just love this location.Thanks for existing lol.

Came here because the power was out at the clearview location. Unusually messy for a Target. I only am giving 4 because it looked like they were stocking, but it seems odd that they were this messy.

Lines were headed into pharmacy while employees walked by and stood about talking. the level of service just isn’t the same. if you get help from anyone it’s the luck of the draw! my visit on 10/30 was for a space heater. found one and self checked the price. there was a substantial difference in the shelf label and price it rung up for. i took a picture of the shelf label and one of stock still behind the shelf label, which i showed to another LOD (Taylor/Tyler?) who was in line making a purchase and said he couldn’t help. he also mentioned issues at register 5, which was the register i was at. this made me feel uncomfortable and wasn’t being acknowledged. everyone just kept talking around, talking about, and never addressed me. the cashier was friendly enough but she needed help. GSTL Camille was too busy chatting it up with 2 other associates and an extremely rude joke of an AP associate who wasn’t doing his job either. i was basically made to feel like i did something wrong and/or illegal, like i pulled a label maker out and changed the price or something. i brought Camille to the wall and SHOWED her exactly what i had taken pictures of and showed at the register! good customer service shouldn’t be this hard! associates should know how to, and be properly trained to do their jobs. service and standards have gone down tremendously in this location. and it’s unfortunate. i can see why its traffic is on the decline. i only go there because items are mostly guaranteed to be in stock because no one shops there. a totally disappointing experience. the only one who apologized for anything was the cashier who’s name i didn’t catch because i was so angry at how i was treated, and no LOD was readily available or capable of handling the situation, as easy as it was!

I had a wonderful experience returning an item yesterday. The staff was very professional and so kind with my request. I was able to swap out the item with no problem. Kudos to this store and its customer service employees!

My experience was great. There was an associate directing the flow of guests to registers. It made checkout quicker and also allowed for social distancing

The woman in guest services named Monica was very rude and dismissive. Another employee told me she got a lot of complaints.Also, there’s literally rats!!! I was in the back by electronics when I saw a rat crawling into the warehouse 🤢 never buying food there again.

Berlisha is a wonderful employee and brightened me and my girlfriends day. She went out of her way to find a face wash my girlfriend had been to many stores looking for. We didn’t even ask for her help, and she stopped what she was doing to make sure we got what we’ve been searching for. I’m happy to live near a target that hires wonderful people like her!

I believe if you have something displayed for a certain price, you should honor that price. A whole display of charmin tissue strong tissue for $16.49 and on the other side they had soft for 17.99. When I selected this tissue I thought I was getting this price. You shouldnt display a price if the guest cant get that price. Very disappointing.

Giving 5 stars only for the very convenient same day pickup service they offered way before covid, they started drive thru pick up in December 2019, since then it has become very easy for last minute shopping .

Godbless the entire staff and the precautions they take as a company to keep everyone safe. From employees actively cleaning the carts and their registers after each checkout, to the managers who actually monitor the checkout lines keeping us distanced and directing to available cashiers. They still provide service with a smile and are eager to help! It’s those things that makes Target feel like you’re just shopping with people you’ve known all your life! We appreciate you Target of Kenner, LA!

My order was waiting for me when I pulled in parking area

To me, this location is actually better than the one on Veterans Blvd. I always find what I’m looking for. This store is well organized everything is where it’s supposed to. ( Every time Shop at the other store there has to be an issue with the prices!) the employees are very friendly. The only issue here is that sometimes there’s only one cashier open which takes me longer than usual to checkout. Other than that this store is great.

The wait time just to for Store Pick up doesnt make sense. It is the same line as customer service and that line only had one person working the counter to do both returns and store pickup. It defeats the purpose of convenient and fast store pickup. I could have picked up item from shelf and check out faster than this.

Good costumer service

Nolan LITERALLY saved our Christmas. The Apple Watch we needed last minute was sold out when I first came to the electronics counter. While shopping around, another customer returned the same device. Nolan ran across the store and found me (huffing and puffing!) to let me know it was available and to complete the purchase! My mother was ecstatic to hear the news. Thank you Nolan!!

Absolutely zero customer service!Saturday mornings are busy and your best trained employees should be covering your floor.The supervisor today is no leader and the poor incompetent staff really needs a positive influence or mentor.

Target is just the best department store around. They have everything you need and better quality. Just all around great service and they have great quality in there choice of clothing that they sale. I would not go anywhere else, Target is my store.

Its close to my house and they always have everything I need. The employees are always very nice and accommodating. Also, they sell Pizza Hut personal pan pizza. I have always had a very good experience here. I would definitely recommend this store!

I was shopping on a budget for a school basket. I had scanned everything as i put it into my cart. When i got to the register, it was $12 more than I was expecting. I know $12 isnt a whole lot, but because of the situation, I didnt have really any wiggle room with the budget. I was walking out pretty upset because now I was digging more into my own pocket for this basket because target has things listed as one price online and one price in the store, and a girl saw me walking out and asked if she could help. She took me over to guest services, refunded my first order, and then we scanned each item to see the online price. I was so thankful that TIANA took a few minutes to help me get back under budget and not one time did she seem frustrated. I was so thankful for her that night!

Worst target in Louisiana. Had a horrible experience with rude employees. Metairie location is much better. Would not recommend this location.

This is sad, I’ve been shopping at Target for years, all of the sudden—under more than one occurrence, ANITRA (MANAGER ON DUTY) as she says...and I am away that this isn’t how Target employees are supposed to speak. She threw up her position and began to rudely tell me how this and that will happen! I’ve never been as humiliated and belittled in my entire life. Walmart employees have treated me much better than ANITRA WILLIAMS! So long Target. Lost a valued customer with a RED card as and over $100 of savings from cartwheel. Fix the problem or you’ll loss every loyal customer.

This is probably the only reason people still come to this area lol. The store has a great selection and a nice staff.

Target at Esplande Mall always has polite and friendly cashiers. Never a long line at check out. I love that the store is never crowded and I can find what I am looking for.

Never try to call this store. Was looking to purchase items so i decided to call to speak to rep and every dept phone just rings. Oh well, walmart helped me out just fine.

Target is always a decent shopping experience. The Starbucks inside this store though is consistently the worst Starbucks experience youll find. Drinks made wrong, always out stock on many items, employees take a break leaving the counter empty for 30 minutes or more, rude employees, dirty prep area, and dont even look in the refrigerated case. I know the items in there arent sold, but come on, have some pride. Go get coffee elsewhere before you shop here.

This is a snazzy store. No body ever puts up their cart properly. People cause traffic just to park closer to the door. Dont go here anywhere near black Friday. The cost of goods seems a little more than average compared go Wal-Mart. The staff has good attitude and is susceptible to joke back with you which i enjoy. Would recommend to others, this is the only department store besides walmart that has a maternity section.

This is strictly based on the customer service I just received. Reuben checked out my husband and I. He was so polite and so welcoming. Yes the store was messy, but I would say that was moreso customers not being courteous and putting things back where they belonged. I know that the folks who work there do not make enough for what they do. I just appreciate the great customer service we received.

I went there today and when I went to check out Ms Denise was really nice . This is why I like going to Target. Service is always great.

I love Target. Staff is way nicer then other mass retailers. They always have sales matching walmart. And they price match. While the selection of items is lower the walmart, having someone say hi and ask if you need help is more than worth it to travel the 3 extra miles.

This is one of the smaller Target stores in my area. It has less of a selection of certain items Ive noticed. However the staff is generally friendly when I go with a good parking spot as its not usually crowded.

They never have what I want. I run there because it is close to my house but more often than not, I leave empty handed and run to Walmart! This store NEVER has anything. The grocery section, womens clothes and shoes are the absolute worst!

Christmas stuff is almost all gone!

Normal target at a slower pace. It is easier to shop here because theres is no line and lots of product availability.

The store layout is great and the inventory is well stocked.

Everyone in that store is friendly. Also, the aisles are always clear and easy to move the shopping carts through.

A target employee took my drivers license and American Express Gold Card when I arrived at package pickup/customer service desk, she walked away from the counter with my credentials and credit card in her hand and tried to obstruct my view by venturing to the back of the service area (opposite side). I have been a loyal Target customer for over a decade, so I am well briefed on the protocol of online product order and onsite pickup; the behavior demonstrated by the target employee tonight was uncharacteristic of any previous experience I have had. This of course caused me much concern, and I immediately called out to the associate and followed her across the area. I witnessed her holding my license and credit card in one hand, and her cell phone in the other. I demanded my personal items and insisted to speak with the store manager. I believe my financial security has been breached by the target employee using her cell phone to photograph/record my personal/financial information. I filed a police report onsite. I spent over 1.5 hours dealing with this issue onsite at the Kenner store, my 5 year old son also in my company. I have been a loyal Target Metairie Louisiana and Target Hinsdale/Oakbrook Chicago customer (as Im sure you will confirm by reviewing the history of my account), and to say I feel violated is an understatement. The experience has tarnished the trust I have in the Target brand.

Horrible service. Went to a register, after cashier rang me up she said she had no change so i attempted to use my debit card which didnt work either due to the machine not reading cards properly. The cashier very rudely told me to go to the service desk to be rung up instead of telling me all of this before she rung me up. I told her that she shouldve informed me this before she rang me up. Then as I walked away the cashier was laughing at me with another customer which is very unprofessional. Who laughs at someone that cannot check out their items? Also the store looks very junky. Pallets of things blocking aisles all over the store and ghetto employess talking and on their phones on the sales floor instead of working and items all over th floor esp in the clothing areas. No wonder this mall is bare, ghetto workers and stupid stores that people dont want to be bothered with.
