I came to purchase those face stickers but couldnt find them anywhere.I asked a lady first n she didnt know where they were and directed me 2 the guy @ the register.The guy looked very young like in his 20s r something and had on glasses and wore dreads.He was so helpful he came with me to the 4th of July accessories and helped me find what I was looking for!I did find what I was looking for and then some!Talk about customer service!!Great place here!

One poor guy working by himself filling up balloons and cashing out customers. Now wonder why I kept getting put on hold when I called. I ended up just going there since I was on hold and his customer service was awesome. Greeted everyone walking in and made sure to let everyone know he would be right with them! He was awesome!

Only seemed to be 2 registers open and a full line to the back and about 6 employees standing up front talking. Could they not have opened a third to help us out. At least the guy at the register and the guy in the back who helped us find what we needed were decent.

At first, everything was fine. I was patiently waiting for about 45 minutes and I did not mind because the employee was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience several times. The issue came when another employee came to complete her job and refused to bag my 10 balloons because she said it cost a dollar to bag the 10 balloons, what was confusing is that the previous employee bagged my previous 10 balloon purchase without hesitation. I felt that the last employee just wanted to rush me out the door because she got busy and that was very rude.

There store was dead and lacking in candy and the shelves are just about bare but they still have party stuff.

Decent product selection, though some costume packages were opened with pieces missing. I was also informed by a store employee of a balloon policy at this location, limiting the number of helium filled balloons a customer may purchase (5 or less). Unfortunately, I had to visit the Elmwood location to order enough balloons for the event.

Found so many unicorn items for my god daughters bday party.. yayyy!

Had to go to this Party City b/c the other one had only 1 of an item that I needed two of. Went to pay for it at the register and the lady working at it just stood their, attempting to pop a large amount of inflated ballons with scissors while staring at me. After she finally finished and then threw away the remains of them away, she called me over to ring me up. As I handed her my payment method, she said that there are no returns or exchanges. I said that wasnt acceptable and she retorted that it had been their policy since Covid. I asked where it was posted and she said thats just the way it was. Since I literally had just done an exchange at the Party City on Veterans near Causeway before driving to this one, I knew that wasnt the case and told her to go ahead. After receiving my receipt, I looked on the back and saw the Return Policy was 30 days. I would suggest going to the other one on Vets. That staff was friendly and helpful instead of rude.

Great options for party supplies. Compared to Wal Mart their balloons are expensive. Service was extremely slow on a Saturday morning.

Trying to get a costume for my daughter and 3 employees ignored me. I walk to the store room and hear people talking and I knock on the door. They stop talking. So I say excuse me I need help. I was greeted with what do you want. If the other store had the neon witch my daughter wanted I wouldnt have Disturbed the employees conversation. Which clearly is more important than the customer. I asked another woman for help with something else and she looked at me and said I get off in 10 minutes. I cant help you. Very low customer service. Sad! They use to have a lot of people with fun personalities helping customers at this time of the year making the whole process fun. Not any more.

Waited too late to shop. Supplies were depleted.

Convenient location. Was able to find what I needed. One of the two employees mentioned a couple of times that he did not want to be there. Selection was adequate but several empty areas on shelves. Out of stock if one of the balloons I ordered.

Dont order curbside from this store and dont order online the inventory on the website is wrong and they dont give you what you ordered they throw anything in a bag.

They didnt answer when I called. I had to stand in a long line, which I was trying to avoid. There only 2 people working so you really can blame them. My order was ready and waiting for me. I suggest a pick up only line for when they cant get the curbside in a timely manner.

This Party City has holiday, baby shower, birthday party, wedding and other decorations. Very nice staff, but seems to have long lines often.

Prices? High-ish. Selection? Better than youll find anywhere else in the area, really and truly. When its too late to order that piñata for your kids theme birthday party on Amazon Prime, odds are very good they have it here (sometimes for less, actually!). They keep a really very respectable stock of items, and they are not at all unreasonable with their return policy. Great Halloween costume selection, too. You will stand in the checkout line for like, no less than 8-10 minutes. Have your phone or bring a book, bc thats just...happening. Good news is, once you finally MAKE it to the cashier, the associates are ALWAYS so pleasant and so super helpful. Youll forget how angry that 10-minute checkout line made you. :)
