Someone in the parts department must be having a bad day. I called to ask for a quote on a simple part and instead of helping me understand why they needed more information to look up a price, the representative immediately back talked and hung up on me when I gave her the specs hoping she could look up a price that way instead of requiring the VIN as I didnt have it handy.
Lilian Scott is such an awesome service advisor. She understood all my needs and kept me up to date with my repairs being made to my truck. Will definitely be back for service

To make a long story short I purchased a 2021 Chevy Colorado Z71 from best Chevrolet after returning a new Camaro that wasnt right for me. The finance officer was a typical salesman... Lying about numbers on the contract hoping I wouldnt catch the mistakes that made him more money. Come to find out they claimed the truck I bought, which was at another location, was a Colorado zr2 yet turned out to be a Z71. I was furious at that point from being lied to over and over again. Infact my first truck payment was missed because the finance officer did not put the paperwork through to Bank of America to switch auto loans from the Camaro to the Colorado. It took weeks of going back and forth with service managers from BOA and numerous people from the dealership to only make me miss my first truck payment. There are way more details that I could go into that would make you stay clear of this dealership, but that is all in the past. My concern now is that Im trying to get in contact with the finance officer to cancel an extended warranty. Im out of state for the next 2 months due taking a travel assignment. One of my family members went to the dealership today to ask a few questions about details regarding the refund and the receptionist, Jennifer, was very rude to her. I called the dealership and found out first hand that Jennifer was indeed rude and worst of all not helpful. This is one year after the whole unprofessional debacle of me purchasing my new truck from best Chevrolet and their customer service has not changed. If this is how they will treat a veteran, think of how they will treat you.
My wife and I had an appointment to view a used truck with our salesman, Chris. He emailed my wife an hour prior saying that hed have the truck ready for our appointment. When we arrived, the truck was still parked in the back. We meet our salesman, and as hes telling us how their service dept. performed a thorough pre-delivery inspection on their trade-ins, I checked the oil (drastically overfilled), and checked the power steering fluid (it was so low it didnt register on the dipstick). We go to start it up and the truck was out of gas. The salesman runs for a gas can and puts it in the tank upon returning. We try to start the truck a second time, and it still wont turn over. We left with no apology for our wasted time, only a promise that Chris would text us when the truck had been checked again by the service dept. Still no word from Chris.Ready for our appointment, vehicle inspection, and Ill text you- three phrases Best Chevrolets team must not understand.
I had to call them to determine what was wrong even though my SUV was under warranty. Lifter issue. SUV was filthy when I picked it up. When you have a major repair on a new vehicle with 6000 miles on it they should extend the warranty.
Hunter and Michael was super awesome with helping me buy my car & was very nice and understanding. If I can rate them a negative 0 I would. THE WORST customer service. Everything is always a problem. Delays for everything no one answers your questions. You get the run around. So very very disappointed. I have never experienced this anywhere else. DO NOT come here for any services or anything you need “fixed” you will not be happy. You WILL be there ALLL day. HORRIBLE.
The dealership asked me to come back over to re-sign some documents, I told them that I could not return, so they did an Overnight to me with a return Overnight envelope. Also, they forgot to obtain my trade-in vehicle Loan Number and called me back 3 days later to ask for it. As of today, 4 days after my trade in, the old vehicle is still listed at my Credit Union as being an outstanding loan. The sales rep Ali was nice, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I contacted this dealership about a car I saw listed on a third party website by the dealership. A person named Tamara responded telling me that the car was still available and gave me an offer. They contacted me again the next day with an even lower “exclusive” offer and asked if I would like to come in for a test drive because there were “several others interested.” I came in not even two hours later and a salesperson in the used car department told me that the car I inquired about was not available for sale since it did not pass their safety inspection and was being sent to auction. Yet while I’m writing this the car is still listed on their own website and several other third party website for sale. The salesperson then attempted to showed me cars that were in a similar price range aka $3000 more expensive than the car I was offered. Classic bait and switch scam. Even the salesperson agreed that the way they handle online advertisements was deceptive. They wasted my time and gas to get there and back from Gretna. These are not honest people.
Our salesman, Thomas, was wonderful. He was very engaging and informative. He personalized our visit as if we were family. I would definitely send others to him and will purchase more vehicles from Best Chevrolet in the future!
The crew at Best went above and beyond to help me get the truck I’ve been hunting. I drove in from out of state, and they pulled the keys when I told them which vehicle I was looking for, so it wouldn’t be sold by the time I got there (happened with 2 other dealers). When I had some trouble getting there, Fern was very accommodating, even staying late to make sure I got what I was after, for a fair deal. I had preapproval for a loan through my credit union, but their competitive rates were too good to pass up. Again, thank you Best Chevrolet, particularly Mr. Fern!

The service department is horrible. My drivers door and both doors in the back were failing to unlock/lock from switch button, they said it was the 2 back actuators and I said what about the front and they said it was working fine. Got the truck back hours later than they said it’d be ready, and the front still is not working.. how can u not even check it before u say it’s done?
I emailed them a deal that was basically everything they offered me through their website. I included that I needed all the details worked out because we have a special needs son that we only take to dealerships when absolutely necessary. I explicitly said we needed to be able to look at their car, show them our car, sign the papers and drive away (or as close as possible). Business manager Hunter calls and says they have the deal ready to go and can I come in to finish everything up. Awesome!! We go through everything that goes along with autism to prepare for the visit then drive the half hour to get there. We walk in the door and are told that the car were buying isnt there and wont be available until next week but theyre expecting me to do all the paperwork to buy the car before Ive even seen it. We ended up leaving the dealership empty handed.
Unfortunately, no new car, their still working on it. However, doesnt look promising. Best Chevrolet could lose a new car sale over $2500 difference in down-payment. You lose a $22,000 sale and a very satisfied customer over $2500! The math just doesnt work. I was there over 4 hours! And nothing. Im hoping something can happen, but Im optimistic.
Service dept was great! Gave me a name a number to call in and check to see how busy they are before I came by...when I came that afternoon for my oil change they got me in and out within an hour! Thanks guys!
Oil change and filter cha ge. Asked them to check air on all tires because i was showing 29 pounds.They did not check . Had to put air at a gas station . Filled tires to 35 pounds. Poor service.

No one rarely answers the phone, receptionist is rude and the fact when you call and leave a message and yet no one calls you back.. that is not good customer service just saying.As far as buying a vehicle from there it was great along with financing.
My wife brought our impala in for service in 2/9/2021 @ a cost of $237+. Well a month later the service manger Walter calls my and states that the transaction didnt go through and he was running the card again. When my wife told me about I told the first transaction did go through and now we gave a second transaction. I disputed the second but the bank said we gad to take it up with best. My wife has been up there no less than 4 times with our bank statements and they all agree including the GM Joe that we where charged twice they refuse to refund our money. I guess they only other ww can do is file a complaint with BBB and go somewhere else for now on.

Traveling through the area on a vacation and our Traverse threw a check engine light. Started calling dealers for an appointment to get it resolved. Only Best Chevrolet gave us the opportunity for a same day, come in as soon as possible, appointment. The other dealers were requiring a next day, leave the car all day, pick it up at 5 oclock type solution which didnt fit our schedule. Thank you Oscar and Best Chevrolet for the outstanding service!

The service department should be updated with service information on a vehicle that was told to the buyer at point of sale. Had I not had documentation my complimentary service request would not have been honored. Also, specifically Jennifer at the front desk is very rude and extremely incompetent with any act related to service. Lori and Edwards are frauds. Signed a document stating they would provide great service beyond purchase, but that contract based on their actions became null and void at my first service visit. Would not recommend anyone purchase or service their vehicle here!
Manipulative, dishonest and misleading…I purchased a 2021 Tahoe from Best. The car came in without front parking sensors . They told me front parking sensors needed to be added bc of lack of computer chips due to covid. Adam ( car salesman) showed me in another car how the parking front sensor displayed on a screen with lines, bc I told him this was important to me when I was ordering the Tahoe. I brought the car back to have it added and they had a third party vendor put a detection sensor that beeped when objects got close to the front. Nothing on the screen like the original factory puts in, which he showed me when I purchased the car. I confronted the manager Hunter and he said we added front sensors. He didn’t know what I discussed with salesperson. Then they tried to swap the car out for a $20,000 MORE expensive car. I should have stick with Lexus

I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Didnt have an appointment. They took me right in and I may have waited inside the dealership with coffee or vending machines for about 40 minutes. Very impressed with their entire staff. Have bought 3 new cars since 2013 from them and would refer them to everyone.

Took way too long to get my truck back. It went in for 3 weeks for rear window leak and center console latch and the latch still isnt fixed, waiting on parts. Hard to get in touch with service manager. Wont go back if i dont have to.
My car was towed to dealership because of problem with auto stop,but when I went to pick up car after being serviced the car stopped before I left dealership.

It was horrible, charge my fir a brand new car price and the car was used with 1900 miles on it. How can you let other people drive new cars then try to sell it to the public. The car is clearly not brand new anymore
I recently had a 29 point inspection done on a vehicle Id just purchased online, Oscar walked me through the whole process. I needed 3 small fixes that Id noticed during my drive back from Michigan. Oscar made sure to price out each fix, and I opted to have only 2 done at that time. When I say this experience was painless, I have to be brutally honest, these guys went above and beyond, and made all my other dealership experiences look like train wrecks! Not only did they fix the a/c hose and the tail light that was out, they threw in the back door lock AND I got a notice from SeriusXM radio today that because of my recent dealings with Best Cheverolet, I received a 2 month trial for SXM on my phone that I can cast to my tv, radio, and other devices I dont even have! These folks are certainly worthy of our business! Bravo, Best Chevrolet! This is supposed to be how its done!

Brought a car from this dealership and turns out the car needs a transmission which cost thousands of dollars ask salesman for warranty but he didnt get through the process just wants money!!!. sold me a lemon my advice do not go to this dealership if you dont have warranty because they will jip you!! ... after they sell you the car they could care less.. never will go to this dealership again !

Terrible customer service will shop another Chevy dealership
I brought my Truck in on 2/24/2021 because it was making a whining noise in the rear of the vehicle. I called the dealership on 3/1/202,1 because I had heard nothing from them, and was told they were still trying to determine what it was but that it was definitely coming from the rear. Again I had to call back on 3/4/2021 and was told my rear differential was bad and they had to order the parts but should have it back by the weekend. Again on Monday 3/8/2021 I called back and was told the they were working on the truck and they would call as soon as it was done. On Friday 3/5/2021 I AGAIN had to call to be told that they just discovered one of the parts were wrong and my truck would not be ready until Monday. Then said that now they had made a reservation for me to pick up a rental at any enterprise rent a car. Well after calling 5 enterprise rentals and told they did indeed have a reservation but had no GMC cars and could ONLY give a GMC or they would not get paid I called the Best service department back - AGAIN and was told they would get right on it and get back to me. This was 2:35 Friday afternoon. On Saturday 3/6/2021 I had to call once again as NOBODY called me back - AGAIN! This time I left a message for the service manager and after 1 1/2 hours I called back Again and he answered.I explained to Walter my frustrations with his service department and he said he was made aware and someone was working on my truck. He also said Enterprise was a last resort and though they were short on loaners he would check and get back to me (short on loaners but I wait over 2 weeks before its even a offer?). A little over an hour later Walter called back and said my truck was finished. The worse news is the whining noise is gone but now its making a whistling noise when I let off the gas - ridiculous!!

I was greeted, acknowledged and helped Upon arrival almost immediately.My car was promptly addressed I was called in updated in relation to the care of my car, only complaint would be that my car left with some how decreased tire pressure and had an alert light which was ignored related there to otherwise service was great.
