I have been a repeat customer for years and spent a lot of money inside this store. I just recently spent almost a $100 did not receive one of my pipes when I emptied my bag when I got home. I went backup to the store and told the man that I did not receive one of my items and he asked me if I had my receipt in which he did not give me a receipt and then told me theres nothing he can do. They have lost a very valuable customer in my opinion but obviously not his. I recommend checking your bag before you leave the store so you dont get robbed like I did.

Jolie is such a great worker! I go there quite a bit and every time I go in there she is always smiling and ready to help. Great place, great products, and great prices! 5 stars!

I have been coming to Payless Tobacco Outlet for years and they have been anything but great. It’s deff a one stop shop and if they don’t have it they will be sure to order it by the next time you are there. I bought a electronic ciggeretteand for #1 it was over priced .Then when I got home and opened it up there was nothing in there. It plainly says 400 puffs but it was empty ( nothing ) . I went back the guy told me they ran out of that flavor to come back tomorrow. I did exactly that and the Girl that was working when I went back said there was nothing she could do . no returns .REALLY You gonna sell me something that is Defected and not replace it.IM DONE THEY ARE OVER PRICED AT THAT.AND I SPENT ALMOST 50.00 IN THERE THAT DAY. I WILL NEVER NEVER RETURN. THEY SELL THE EXACT SAME THING DOWN WEST ESPLANADE FOR ALMOST HALF THE PRICE. I will never recommend this store to anyone . They are a rip off. And lied to me.about replacing it. Its not really about the money. They are rude and liers.Totally unprofessional.

Sold a bunk disposable vape device. Would not exchange or return within 20 mins of purchasing. I will no longer purchase any of the vast amounts of tobacco and tubes I typically purchase from this store. Have lost a repeat customer.
