Great salad selection....worth the visit, eat local!!

Really quiet, nice place to relax/work. But the coffee/desserts I bought were not that great, not good quality stuff. I love that they do have a lot of options, big menu. The customer service when we came was not that good. A little slow. I like employees that take pride in what they do and where they work. This might have been reflected on the quality/taste of the drinks that we bought.Was very empty when we came. Might be a good place to guarantee a seat/table. They have upstairs seating as well. If I were to come back, next time I might ask what they recommend.

Fried shrimp were super salty like someone accidentally added too much salt. The Buffalo Blue Cheese burger was not bad but nothing special. The chocolate desert cake tasted like a hostess ding dong.

I love Chateau. Great food at all the locations. Personally I love the crawfish boil soup, but everything on the menu is great. Also, the owner is a local guy who does great things for the community; so its win-win.

The food was definitely awesome! They have a special menu that they switch up every so often which is nice to have when you want to try something different. The service and the employees were great! *Bonus points* My son is allergic to peanuts, milk, and eggs, and theyre always willing to work with the menu to make something for him.

This place is A hidden gem. Great food and service. Visited Kenner for the weekend and this was the best spot we ate at. Had to come back before heading to the airport.

I love the coffee options here, so I often forget what a wonderful food menu they have. Tasty, surprisingly varied choices line the breakfast and lunch menus. Bright, upbeat cafe atmosphere with a cheerful waitstaff.

I walked in to order food Togo. I kinda wish I ate there, the atmosphere was like something out of a 90s sitcom, everyone happy, in good company, young and old enjoying a good bite to eat. Its definitely owned by actual people since its not all hipster styled to look better than it actually is, its quite cozy and simple. Two burgers took about 10 minutes to make which isnt half bad for something made fresh to order. I got home and loved it, Ive lived here for three years and ressent eating inferior burgers to this one convincing myself I enjoyed it. The meat fresh, I requested medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. I cut it in half cause I dont eat much, as soon as I picked it up and gave it a little squeeze, just the right amount of juice and oils came out with it. This is the best burger you can get in Kenner until Im proved wrong. Probably the best you get within a 10 or 15 mile radius. Ill definitely eat their burgers again.

The food here is fantastic. I get the shrimp or catfish poboy and it is to die for every time. The prices are reasonable and the staff all the way up to the owner is local!

I went and had breakfast with an old friend at Chateau Cafe and enjoyed talking with my friend and catching up with her!

The spinach grilled chicken wrap the balsamic vinaigrette dressing was good. Coffee was also very good plus free refills

The food is so delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Three times I ordered a burger to go. Each time wanted it cooked medium. Each time I got home the burger was cooked WELL DONE. The 4th and last time I ordered it medium rare. Checked before leaving. Cooked well done again. Gave it back. Im done.

What happened to this place? I hadn’t been in a while so decided to dine in and it was terribly dirty and nasty. All of the AC vents were leaking and had thick black dust around them. The floors and stairs were disgusting. Totally disappointing that ownership has let this place get so filthy. Food was decent so I at least gave it two stars. Sad to see a once nice place look that way.

Great neighborhood place but recent staff changes have brought the quality of service down. Check your food before you leave on take out service, it will probably be wrong and theyll actually charge you to fix it.

Coffee was really good but my Aunt ordered, tomato basil but got red bean instead. Not even close to mistake.

Always have a great time visiting with classmates at Chateau Coffee Cafe. They are very accommodating with my group of ladies. Enjoyed our lunch as well and our service was fantastic today even though he was new.

The coffee is phenomenal. We ordered the dinner special of the night, which was delicious. Overall great experience.

Very over priced for frozen foods that are then microwaved to be served. Service has declined considerably.. Not worth it anymore.

Decent staff and above average lunch fare. Ive not yet been able to sample the breakfast menu but am told that it is very good; will update this review when/if Im able to do that. Prices are cost effective and the location is nice and quiet. They have Wi-Fi, so this would be a good reading/study location if one was so inclined.

Something serious has changed at Chateau Cafe. It was one of my favorite places. Back in February i ordered take out for my family of five including a burger cooked medium. When i got home the burger was rare. My husband cooked it more so I didnt call. I get it mistakes happen. Second time, ordered for my family of five and my order was wrong. Too much going on that day for me to worry about it, it wasnt a big deal, I didnt call. Tonight, I order for four. 1 hamburger cooked medium-well. I get it home and its rare and with cheese. Strike 3 this time I call them. Its 5 minutes to closing time, i feel bad calling. I tell Gabriel about the burger, he asked if id like to bring it back and they will make another one. I am annoyed because its 9:00 at night, i dont live around the corner from the place, Im exhaused and hungry but i decided to go. Once there I tried to show the female employee the rare burger. She says she doesnt want to see it and that she believes me. Gabriel apologized for the problem and offered me a pastry, I took one but kind of felt guilty about it. Waited a few more minutes untill it comes out. When I opened the box and saw no fries! This is why I am here making this review. That made me so mad. I brought a raw burger back with a side of fries and I was given a burger with no fries. Im done with them but sad about it.

I like the quiet atmosphere there. Been eating there since the late 90s. Their chicken Caesar salad is my absolute favorite.
