Always been drinking French Press! My personal favorite is their Pumpkin Spice La Freeze with Whip Cream! Place is always very nice!

9-29-19 Sunday morning. I enjoy French press coffee much more than any of the other gourmet coffee locations. Overall the location was clean the product was good. I go to this location often. Here lately the people that has been working at the location have not been sociable. That goes A long way when you are a customer. Good morning good evening thank you for coming a smile or anything would be great considering how many gourmet coffee locations they have out there. I always go to this location and I will continue. I would just recommend putting some happy people in there.

Not friendly service at drive trough. The girl though she was doing me a favor for a $7 coffee. She literally made faces and gave me a cold coffee without a straw. When I asked she acted again like was a favor. I asked for grand coffee with whipped cream. Coffee came in at room temperature, few cubes of ice and no whipped cream or a straw. I asked her to correct and she said would be a different price - that I would pay. I told her, was my first and last time there. Unfortunately, I am from another State and so far every single person I encountered here was amazing. Will never come back.

The drinks are made pretty fast. There is lots of seating options. There is also a rewards programs for the drinks which is great for daily drinker like me.

Tonight I went to go get coffee and I thought that it would just be a average coffee day but I was shocked and delighted to taste this coffee. Whoever was on night shift working bar made the best drink I have ever had in my entire life of living. please let know who ever was working tonight that she did a amazing job. She set the expectations for having coffee very high. I don’t think I can have another coffee that will taste as good as this. Please let her know about this. If you don’t know who I’m talking about she was a very pretty and young girl. Thank you so much for giving me the best experience of my life !ps: I use to work at Starbucks and the drinks still were never this good

The place is clean and visually appealing with a clean restroom available. The young man who took my order was friendly, helpful and I was able to make substitutions to my order without any problem. I ordered a chicken press sandwich which was prepared quickly and most importantly, it was delicious. Lastly, I asked about a military veteran discount, and was pleasantly surprised that they did have one and applied it to my order. Im from out of state, but if Im ever in the area again I will definitely return.

I love their coffee but I have a suggestion...The attendants need to be a little more thoughtful when attending people with special needs.A young men who was blind entered the store and you could tell he was struggling to find the counter after he order his coffee he proceeded to sit at a table so when his coffee was ready instead of the attendant bring the coffee to him, he just said your coffee is ready, the young men walked towards the counter to pick up the coffee but he didn’t realized that a lady with a stroller was ordering coffee and was standing In front of the guy who was about to hand him his coffee so the lady is the one who had to basically direct his hand to grab the coffee and when he was about to leave the attendant call him back to give him the straw, again the lady with the stroller is the one who directed his hand to grab the straw.The worst part is that the place was not that busy.

Coffee was delicious! The ppl are very friendly and the drive thru did not take long with our coffee order. Love that it’s local! Shop local and support small businesses! 💜

Absolutely love getting my French press coffee every morning! I’ve grown so close to all the staff and they definitely treat me like family! The best parts of my morning is see their faces and getting my caffeine fix of course!

Super quiet, nice coffee and good customer service

Good coffee and dessert options, and a liquor menu as well for you snacking, after work, or after dinner pleasure. I thoroughly enjoyed the seasonal King Cake latte. And the usual full range of dripped, espresso and coffee drink options for the rest of the day. Inside is casual and comfortable, with the usual coffee house seating and wifi service. Its an occasional break spot for Kenner police.

The absolute best coffee around! They always have great flavors to choose from. They serve a smooth coffee with a rich flavor. Sometimes the lines are long but that should be expected when you’re receiving a great coffee. I’ve visited several of their locations and the workers are always friendly and professional.

The coffee is solid; better than PJ’s and Starbucks, their nearest competitors.

I order a grand caramel and wedding cake la freeze. They asked me what sizes I ordered again after telling them at the speaker. They took quite some time making them and it was almost no flavoring to either one. The ice wasnt blended very well still quite large and my fiances wedding cake one was disgusting like the flavoring had gone bad. Not happy used to love French press what happene?

If you love coffee and pastries this place is a gem in Kenner. I had the egg and cheese croissant and it was awesome. I’ve driven by this places many times and decided to stop one morning and I was glad I did. The service couldn’t be better and the coffee is uniquely bold. Great place to start the day or grab some lunch. Don’t know if they have WiFi

Go there all the time not sure why good employees dont stay. Two cars backed out of drive thru this morning and I had to repeat my order at least 5 times..

The workers here always get my order right and they always have smiles on their faces like they enjoy their job no matter how early or busy it is. They seem to work well as a team and have a positive attitude. They even give my dog treats sometimes! The service here is impeccable; they’re doing a great job and deserve some recognition 👏🏼

I have tried every location except Chalmette. I drive all the way from St. Charles parish to get my French Press fix. Absolutely my favorite place to get coffee. My favorite is the Red Velvet La Freeze. Always quick service and if anything did get messed up they are ready to fix the order for you with no questions asked. Always worth the trip!

First time ordering from this establishment. Called ahead ordered 2 coffees for carry out, they said 5-10 minutes. I waiting until then to walk in. It took 20 minutes after I was inside to get my coffee so I waited a total of 30 minutes for 2 coffees. Unprofessional young female was rude to customer, her manager fixed the situation. Coffees were wrong but after 30 minutes of waiting I didnt have time to wait for them to fix them. Even though the coffees were not what I ordered they didnt taste good.

I made a split second decision to stop here one morning & it was a life changing decision!! Im not a huge coffee drinker. I cant drink hot coffee at all. I get frozen coffee and it is usually either so sweet that it doesnt taste like coffee at all, or it isnt sweet enough and the coffee overpowers it. French Press has managed to make the most PERFECT frozen coffee. Its like a piece of Heaven came down and landed in my mouth. I get the large Varamel LA Freeze. It isnt too sweet and it isnt overpowering coffee. It is literally PERFECTTTTT!!! It still manages to taste like coffee while also tasting like a delicious dessert. The whipped cream is to die for, the caramel syrup dripping down the cup is delectable! I now stop EVERY SINGLE MORNING that I have work (basically every dang day) and it is the highlight of my day. The girls at the window are always so cheerful. They obviously take care of their employees because happy employees come from a business that knows it is the employees that keep the business coming in. If the girls were rude, I would go elsewhere. I work with Customers on a daily basis and no matter how annoyed or stressed I may be, I always treat the Customers with kindness and respect. (I work at the CubeSmart in Kenner if yall need storage, hit me up!) This one girl that works there told me my makeup looked pretty and OF COURSE thats something I want to hear if Im spending the time to do it. Now she will open the window and be like, Oh hey girl! So it has that family atmosphere that I love! I never write a review this long unless the place goes above and beyond and even though they are just doing their jobs, they are doing it FANTASTICALLY! Thank you so much to all of you for being exactly what I need before work each morning! Yall rock!

Always a comfortable place for a good cup of coffee

I stopped in for the first time in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday. I was not sure what I wanted and the staff were super nice in helping me figure out how to expedite the caffeine rush and grab a sandwich. Everything was very tasty. The shop is cute and clean with a fair amount of death g. They also have what looks like charging and power stations on the bench seating.... Very cool. It started to rain while I was having coffee so I sat at a table and relaxed just waiting on the rain. Very glad there was a cool vibe to the place that made me feel like chilling out for a while was totally acceptable.

The last 3 times i ordered from here theyve gotten my husband and my orders wrong. Its frustrating paying extra for something and not getting it on either drink. 3 times! Poor communication skills at this location

I am there almost everyday and the general manager Brad is the most pleasant and kind human in the store. Maya has helped me on numerous occasions and has been super sweet. Love this location and the staff. Even if there’s an issue, it is handled perfectly. The employees make delicious food and drinks and love their jobs.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here today. I had to wait a while for my cappuccino, but it was well-made (and I am picky about cappuccinos!) and I enjoyed it a lot. The breakfast sandwich (western omelette on toast) was good—they didn’t butter the outside of the bread, so I could eat without worrying about super greasy fingers. This is a decent option for a reasonably healthy breakfast.

Ordered a hot latte. It was hot however it lacked the most important ingredient espresso. It was very weak and tasted only of steamed milk. Maybe their coffee is better? I wouldn’t waste $4 on a latte.

I love getting a tasty sandwich and my coffee from this place. Im so glad its not your run over you crowded place. Get a quick bite and enjoy a cup of coffee at any time without the fuss. Love this place.

I came inside this morning for my la freeze, they were very busy! I was glad to see Katie working on the bar she really is impressive working so quickly with a smile ALWAYS! I did notice she only had 1 espresso machine working making the morning more difficult on her, but she really makes it look easy. However the gentleman cashier was slower than other cashiers, but still friendly. See y’all tomorrow!

LOVE this place! I usually come every week day before work and the staff is so nice! Sometimes there is a wait...but that’s to be expected! There is one lady who works(I’m not sure of her name) but she ALWAYS has a smile on her face and is so willing to help! One time I decided to try a new flavor and I didn’t really like it so she offered me a new one!

I was craving soup, but do not eat mushrooms which was the soup of the day. The young mother to be that took my order offered to strain the mushrooms from the soup for me. It was delicious!! The young lady greeted me as I walked in, gave me excellent, and professional customer service throughout my vist with a smile. Its not often in this day in time to receive service such as this. She deserves to be recognize. Thank you so much for an enjoyable lunch break :)

Just tried a Vanilla Latte.....it’s to die for. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I also had a fresh sausage croissant. Warm and buttery croissant with fresh shredded cheese, egg and sausage. A true must try!

Frozen Creme Brule is the best

Service is always friendly and with a smile.the frozen coffees are all delicious Ive tried just a out all of them. And has the greatest veterans discount that Ive ever received .

Pretty solid. Lots of parking space. Lots of space inside. Coffee good. Quiet -- although many of the French Press has a clean-bleach smell a lot times -- its good that they clean but it is slightly overpowering so one suggestion is to do the cleaning before the store opens for business.

Good coffee, just a bit too HOT for all in our group. The blueberry muffins are delicious and enormous.

Welcoming staff and amazing breakfast sandwiches!

We will drive from our place down the street in Kenner to the FP on Severn to avoid going to this location. Our order is always wrong and often undrinkable. Service is subpar as well. We keep trying to give them chances, but after a few times, we’ll just make the drive to Metairie or go to PJs instead. Not worth it.

I went to this place for the first time looking forward to a great experience. I ordered two beverages and a slice of king cake. The slice of king cake was given immediately since they have it ready on the front counter, but they took an exact time of 40 minutes to give me the beverages. This was not a great experience as I was looking forward to it.

Had the Western omelet sandwich and a small French press blend for $7. The food and drink was good with reasonable price. Inside is bright, spacious, and clean, but the temperature is kept a bit too low.

I love French Press! I am not a coffee drinker. I go for their scones and sweet tea almost every morning. I often have meetings there. Its a great environment. Their mixed berry spinach salad is delicious! Bailey is my all time favorite barista!

Ive been going to french press since they opened the doors 10 years ago I cant say enough great things about them there is no better coffee or service anywhere else. Every year when I go on vacation I take a gallon with me because you cant get that perfect taste anywhere else. Even the food is great and the amount is so worth every penny.

Love French Press selection of coffee and food. The coffee drinks here are great and theyve expanded the menu in recent years to offer more Starbucks frapuccino-like drinks. The location has ample, comfortable seating so its great for some quiet time with a book or laptop.

Fast friendly service. Most menu items can be adjusted to be vegetarian friendly. I recommend the Hot Red Velvet latte with Soy if u are in the mood for a sweet treat for a drink. I love the wraps here as well.

Their bu ble teas and pecan praline frozen coffees are amazing!

It was my first time there. I had a regular black coffee which had a bold taste and was very good. Looking at the menu, they had a variety of pastries and also some salads. I had a Blueberry muffin, which was very good. It was moist and had a lot of blueberries in it and was not to sweet. I saw that they had college students there using electric devices and had USB plugs in the bench seating to hook up your devices. There was also free WiFi available.

The Coffee that I ordered took more time I ever thought, making my business late. This is blasphemy due to the overtime of one single coffee. Having enjoyment staying there whatsoever. I would not recommend, please reconsider this comment before coming here.

This location is super convenient to my house. The managers on shift are always very helpful. Brad is a wonderful person to see in the morning, he is always cheerful and is knowledgeable about the menu. The store is very clean and drive thru is quick.

I’ve always loved French Press. I was disappointed this time. My husband and I visited the Kenner Location. It was really dirty. We ordered the NY style Oreo cheesecake and lattes. The lattes were great, but the cheesecake was not.

I brought my mom here on our way to the airport and the great French press coffee and fresh, nutritious soup and salad were just fantastic. I have been back many times since and the food has always been delicious. The dining room is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere was nice - a cozy place to shelter from the rain. I was looking forward to having a latte here, but it was just ok. MickeyDs hot lattes are better. Really. A truly good plus was that they had at least one sugar-free item for ppl watching their waistlines.

My review may be a little high because I wasnt expecting much and was then pleasantly surprised. I was visiting a shop in the area and needed a pick me up before driving back home and so popped in here assuming Id get a serviceable iced coffee I got a Coffee La Freeze and it was delicious - it was like their version of a granita but way smoother then anything Ive had elsewhere. Really a great blend of coffee, milk and just a hint of sweetness without being a milkshake. If I lived closer Id go here all the time. As other reviews have mentioned the service wasnt phenomenal but I got my coffee reasonably quick and the interior space was actually a nice place to sit and enjoy it.

First time I had been here, however, I WILL definitely be back!

OK, I am officially giving up on Williams Blvd location.I have been going there since it opened, always paying with a debit card and leaving a very generous tip; always going inside, never using the drive through.Hello staff, my name is on my card. I have taken the time to learn your names, Will, Shelby, Katie (manager). Guess how many times that I have been addressed by my name? Zero, yes thats right, not once.The last straw was a few weeks ago when I went in to get a cup of coffee and everything was at a grinding halt. And then Katie, walks right by me and doesnt even say hello.I am done with you rude bunch. Severn is just slightly better, but about to lose me there too.
