I went to your loyola location at 1:30 am today and was pleased to see 2 pots with coffee in them. i purchased a cup of coffee and went outside to fill up my gas tank. after getting my gas i tried the coffee and it was cold. i went inside and asked the cashier to please make a pot of hot coffee to replace the cold coffee she just sold me. to my surprise i was told that they did not make coffee until 5:00 am. i told her to refund me my money and throw the cup away and she did. if you are not going to sell hot fresh coffee at night you should empty and clean the pots out, not wait for someone to buy it and be dissatisfied. this location is on an interstate exit. it should be prepared to retail every product in the store 24/7. 8/26/2013
