Horrible customer service and even more horrible return/exchange policy that had to be modeled from the 80s. This store is one of the reasons the mom n pop is dying in America. I was 2 days late trying to exchange a shirt that I bought for my wifes bday and they would not budge. Note.. this was not a custom shirt. Oakwood mall location
