Stanfords is a great hardware store. When you go to the superstores there is never anybody to help you. Not so here, employees are there to help you find whatever you are looking for.Talk about a fast trip to the hardware store. Sometimes Ive been in and out with my purchase in nearly the time it takes to walk through a superstore parking lot.You people who work at this store are super heroes. Thank you for your kind helpfulness.

Walked in and was assisted immediately. Had a broken faucet handle and I needed a screwdriver, so I thought, to get the screw out. Gentleman said Ill get it out. He did no charge. Live this place. Always ready to help or send me somwhere that can if for some reason they cant. Better than the big box stores that rarely have time for you.

My husband and I have been going there for over ten years. I go to this store prior to going to a larger hardware store in the area. I do this because I will have staff member help me. When I go to a large hardware store I find it to be too busy with people, long lines to check out and the employees to be too busy to help me if I have question. When I go to this tru value Ieave with what I came for and leave not stressed out.

If you value customer service you will really appreciate shopping at Stanfords. And unlike the superstores, most of the time you dont have to buy more than you need or want of the product you are looking for. We have lived in Kenner for years and are so happy to have this business near our house.

This was my first time coming to true value and its probably my last . I went to get a key made and although the prices were great the attitude from the older lady at the register wasnt . In the middle of ringing up my purchase she picks up the phone and acts as if Im not there checking out . I understand that this is a business and shes required to answer the phone but she couldve been more professional about it . I handed her my change and she flings me my bag and receipt as if I was disturbing her phone call . Word of advice if you want to run a business have employees that are more friendly . If not I can shop somewhere else . I do want to say that the lady who made my key at the service desk was very polite and helpful .
