If I was strictly reviewing our representative, Nick Gorman, I would give them 5 stars. Nick is very professional and personable. Anytime we need something hes on top of it! The only reason I gave Unifirst 4 stars is we have problems with the rugs not laying flat. Other than that we are very plesed with thei service.

We have had Unifirst Uniforms for a couple of years (Should have dropped the first run through however was fooled into restoring contract shame on me ) Recently the driver came to me requesting to renew our agreement and I said NO. Driver at that point disclosed that I should compose a letter and he would deliver the letter to their office administrator, letter must be turned in 90 days before contract renewal. Today checks fourteen days that I have been charged for uniform pick and upkeep and no truck has appeared at collet my UNIFORMS, yet I have been charged for the fourteen days. Long story short I went to UniFirst since they are a street or two away and addressed Dwayne Moore (Branch Manager), disclosing my circumstance to MR. Moore about my helpless assistance I continued to get some information about my letter I gave the driver about dropping our administration when the renewal became factor. He clarified that a letter must be sent affirmed and he DIDNT CARE WHAT I GAVE THE DRIVER. Those wore his words. UniFirst must train there drivers not to take any sort of desk work from clients. Mr. Moore at that point said let us peek at your record it ought to be in there. NO LETTER was found. (I was FOOLED) Like I expressed they are a street or two away from me and they cannot restore calls or pick my Uniforms yet can CHARGE me for it. I asked Mr. Moore is this poor service? He Agreed. Fortunately, I am still on an ideal opportunity to send the letter which was sent today. LADIES AND GENTS PLEASE DONT USE UNIFIRST. You will regret it!

Unifirst is a great place to work!!!

Well, I have to say that Brittney, my salesperson was very aggressive to get my account. Needless to say I was very skeptical to go with any uniform company after the last 2 companies I dealt with. She was so sweet and persistent and promised me that UniFirst was different from others, she even brought in her Supervisor, Cornelius who swayed me even more. I gave in, hesitantly! We just received our uniforms last week and i had a few changes and I couldnt believe that the changes were done this week already. I cant stress enough how AMAZED I was because the last 2 companies took months and even up to a year to get the changes made. I truly feel this was a good move (i hope Im not wrong!) Thank you Brittney and Cornelius for finding me and making me a believer in a uniform company again.

Ive been in the restaurant business for 37 years and have dealt with the major and minor linen companies in all of New Orleans. I must say that Unifirst has them all beat in service and in honesty. Ive been with Unifirst two years now - if I ever experience an issue (which is seldom) - one call and its fixed. The gentlemen that service my accounts have high professional standards. I would recommend Unifirst to everyone except my competitors.
