I ran up a curb and busted my tire. I walked to Kennesaw Tire . The guy said he couldnt leave when a gentleman in the waiting room said he would go with me to check it out. He drove me to my car. And changed my tire. It is90 outside and he changed my tire. Come to find out he is one of the owners. How many owners would do that. He was so nice and I appreciate him so much. After my car broke down on the highway on a Sunday, a friend suggested getting my car towed to Kennesaw Tire. I called and asked them if they could look over the car to tell me if the car was repairable. Within a day or so, I received a call from Drew who was completely honest with me and provided his recommendation for my car. I really appreciated Kennesaw Tires ability to be transparent and professional with me to allow me to make the best decision for my car and pockets! Took my car here based on my girlfriends past experience with the company . My dashboard gauges kept going on and off and obviously concerned, air conditioner repair and oil change . Drew ( initial contact ) kept me in the loop the whole time . The air conditioner took longer than expected because of the difficulty but Drew was there to explain the status when I called for an update and I very much appreciated his effort ! Moving forward, I will bring my cars here for any maintenance issue required ! Thanks again !

Had a need to mount a couple of specialty tires. Took them to 4 places and no was willing to give them a try. Big companies with no customer service. Called Kennesaw tire (more of a mom and pop operation but with lots of capability) all I can say is WOW! Customer service like it used to be. Great people. Took a look at my job and said no problem. They have always treated me (and members of my family that Ive sent to them) fairly. Maintenance and repair work is accomplished quickly and efficiently. If anything is discovered during service or repair beyond what was in the original estimate, you will hear from them again. Was sold a run flat less than a year ago. The same tire purchased from them was punctured and is not running flat. My car is on its rim. They are giving us the run around and will not replace the tire under the promised 1 year warranty.What is most upsetting and what I mean by run around is that they apparently do not have any way to track what tire is the one they put on. I have never in my life seen a tire shop run this way where they do not document if it was the front left or front right tire, or track the tire with serial number. They do not use any indicator or mark which is common practice. So obviously what they are going to say is that tire isnt the one we installed after you pay a bunch of money to get your vehicle towed there.Would avoid for their dishonesty.

Had a tire that went flat and was not repairable. After calling several places and getting told they didnt have what I needed, i called Kennesaw Tire. They didnt have my tire either but said they would have it by 2pm and to drop my car off around then. Within just a few short hours they indeed get my tire! Employees were all very nice and they had my tire changed/rotated, oil changed, and a once over done on my car in less than an hour!

After picking up my car, there were more problems that day. I took the car back and they fixed all problems & were gracious with pricing since I had to come back. Had a valve stem go bad on my tire and tire was almost totally flat by the time I arrived at Kennesaw Tire. I was amazed how quickly they replaced the valve stem and the fee was very reasonable. While replacing a leaky gas tank they suggested they replace the fuel tank sending unit (controls gas gauge) as well. I want to add the unit was old but still working fine. The charge for the new fuel tank sending unit alone was $254.87. 8 months later the unit stopped working. It was still under warranty from NAPA but they couldnt get any of the replacements ordered from NAPA to work correctly. They then said all they could do is to put in a unit from GM but it would be another $400. They made no refund for the defective part or even an offer to subtract the $254.87 (which I already paid out) from the $400 for the new unit from GM. ARE THEY SERIOUS? Now I have no gas gauge, have to carry a smelly can of gas with me just in case I would run out and Ive wasted $254.87 for a useless part on my car. They wont see me again!
