So my daughter turns 16 tomorrow.... I went to give her an early gift to wear tonight for her event and now its too late, i was in shock when it was empty. I bought it a month ago and never opened it up after purchased. I called the store and THEY STILL HAVE IT! They gave me an empty box. Now I sent my mom to pick it up but thats so unreal to me... her face when it was empty was so upsetting. So Zales in Kennesaw @ the mall I would stay far away from!
Hajar at the town center mall location was absolutely amazing with communication, knowledge and just simply the best customer service i have ever received! She did not try to oversell or push hard for a sale. I was there for repairs and she was more then helpful plus more. I can not say enough about her! I will always go to her for my needs! Give her a big raise or bonus. She deserves it plus more. Thanks Hajar! See you soon!
I ordered a ring from this zales location. I was told by two different sales associates it would take 3-4 weeks to get the order back. Then at 4 weeks I call to check and am being told it will be 8 weeks. The associates knew I wanted it within a certain time frame and lied to get me to buy the ring by telling me a shorter time. Do yourself a favor and do not shop here. There are much more reputable places to buy jewelry.
The Zales at Town Center Mall is A++!!! Definitely ask for Dana! Dana is so nice, patient, answered all of my questions and has been lovely to work with. 😊 Excellent top-notch customer service!
Deena the rep I have dealt with it super sweet. Understanding of how irritating is it to now have to replace the THIRD diamond that has falling out. I’ve been engaged for 4 months, only had this ring for 3 of those months and had to replace 3 diamonds in TWO MONTHS I picked it up from the store after the first repair and had to take it back less than a week later. Came in to get it shipped back out, dealt with Deena again, and again, super sweet and understanding. After receiving the ring back, LESS THAN TWO WEEKS later a different diamond has fallen out. I don’t do anything that’s harsh on my hands to make this happen. I was promised a new ring if this happened one more time. Let see how true it isss.
I received excellent customer service when my ring was purchased but horrible customer service the minute I wustioned why the hallmark on my ring was missing. For a $3000 ring, yes I want to see that 14k sign on my ring. The manager there was awesome but the store associate was very rude. The jeweler that was supposed to put the hallmark back on did NOT put the 4k sign, no one can even read what was out on there and I believe it was done purposely just becauae they were asked to put it on. I would never again purchase anything from zales if this is how they treat their customers.
Its been the worst experience i have ever had. Ive been in the store for 2 hours to order a ring. The purchase has been ran twice and then cancelled, then sent to the wrong store then cancelled again. The customer service agent was not trained properly with little assistance. I have done business with Sales for years but never have I had such a difficult time with a purchase. This store at Towne Center Mall in Kennesaw Ga. Needs some help from corporate.
Bad customer service and they don’t even answer the phone call.
Sent in my ring for a dip and cleaning. My ring was perfect when I sent it off, when I received my ring back, its now missing a diamond. I like an hour away and now have to go back and wait another 2 weeks until I get my ring back. Also they dont answer the phone, like ever!!!

I had a really great experience in Zales. Amazing costumer service. Deana and Erica were very informative and helpful they did their best to help us get what we wanted at a price everyone was happy with. We were very happy with our purchase and the ladies did a great job. I will be returning to Zales for any future jewelry shopping.
Ive frequented this location since April 2016. I was looking for a diamond ring to celebrate a milestone birthday. I had the pleasure to meet Lisa who went above and beyond to ensure I received the utmost service. I purchased more jewelry pieces there as well since then. Even though there is a Zales store much closer to my home, I will continue to go the drive to Kennesaw where I know I am always well received. Im extremely impatient, but when special-ordered or repair items may take an inordinate amount of time to complete, I know it is beyond the control of store associates. I appreciate the follow-through and customer service.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Got a Vera Wang ring that I love....but I have had nothing but trouble with it. I have had to replace diamonds at least 8 times in only 4 years. I clean my ring every day and take great care of it. So now the band cracked and I took it in to get it fixed since I have the lifetime warranty and now they are saying it is not covered!!! And it’s going to be $250!!! So disappointed
A particular sale associate with pink hair came across in a rude and inconsiderate manner. We waited, and she helped people that came in after us. It wasn’t until a customer pointed out that we should have been next that a very nice sales associate approached us and gave us the ring order we were picking up.
BUYER BEWARE!I was approved for a credit card for Zales. I allowed someone to make a purchase on the account, however this person had NONE of my information, NOR my card. So I received a call from their sales rep Daina (Possibly spelled incorrectly) I advised Daina that this purchase was a one time thing, and non of my information is to be given out. This person making the purchase was in no way connected to my account. After this purchase, again non of my personal info or the actually credit card went in without my knowledge and was allowed by Daina to make 2 purchases both at different times. This not only led to illegally letting a non account holder make purchases against my will or knowledge, but forced my amount to go over my credit limit once interest added in as well. Furious about this because this violated so many things, I went to the store and spoke with management. Come to find out this woman was not fired! I filed a police report, and took care of things on my end that were to be done. Once the credit card was paid off, the account was closed. Two years later I received and email thanking me for my visit and asking for a survey. I happened to be at Town Center Mall and popped my head in to ask what service I had been in for. The assistant manager helped me since the manager was not in that day. She seemed puzzled as to why I received this email, now granted the one piece of jewelry that was approved had come for its daily service many times oddly this was the first time I had ever received and email. So like anyone would be I just wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything funny going on, I explained to the asst. manager the troubles I had before and just wanted to make sure the meaning from the email I received. I explained to both the asst. manager and the law breaking employee, Daina that under no circumstances should she even speak about me to anyone. She had already crossed the line and surprisingly still had a job and there should be no reason to mention myself or my account there again and to anyone. A phone call comes in a week later because the employee ran her mouth to the person who was given permission to make the ONE purchase when the account was opened making this huge exaggeration of my visit the week before which unfolded a huge drama scene that was completely unnecessary. When is Zales going to get there act together, first they allowed an employee to let someone who had no information run my card up without consent TWICE, and then myself being scared of any other fraudulent incidents happening went around again and spoke about me coming into to discuss my account with the assistant manager to the same customer she let ring up my bill. This company is lucky I didn’t sue them, and this woman has crossed lines which should lead to termination. Keep and eye on your accounts, this woman will do anything for additional sales and it shows!!!Best part of the story, I called today to make a complaint against this employee. Come to find out it was against policy to take a verbal acceptance of charging my account for the first charge that I accepted, and the customer service person that I spoke with in the complaint called the store and spoke with Kristen I believe which is their manager there. The MANAGER LIED THROUGH HER TEETH to cover up their ILLEGAL ACTIONS. She said they followed all the policies and that the person who charges the card (without a present card) was an authorized user and a co app. And that I came into the store saying I couldn’t afford the bill and that it was my dad who ran up the card and that after that issue he was removed off the account. After hearing this disturbing lie, I called the credit department and was forwarded to the account protection department to further look into my closed account. I asked if anyone had ever been on my account besides myself. She said at no time since being opened does she see that anyone had ever been added to the account or a co app. This manager is lying and covering for this employee who probably has done this to other customers!!!
I visited the Zales store in Town Center mall in Kennesaw, Georgia regarding my diamond bond. There was some trouble finding it, but after calling the original store and corporate, they were able to find it. Jacinta did an amazing job in helping me. Most of the time people act as if you are a burden, but she gave superior customer service. Thank you Jacinta.
I have been dealing with Zales regarding a repair on my Wedding Rings. This started in July 2017. As of this date the repair has not been done correctly. I picked it up back in August and the top of one of the channels broke off and was catching on my clothes. Since then they shaved off the top of the channel and now it is not even on both sides. Manager was not in the last time I went by to pick it up and the ring still was not repaired correctly. Asked that the manager call me and I have not heard from her yet and that has been over 2 weeks. I asked for the district managers phone number and no one there could give me that persons name. They told me I could call the customer service number. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
I visited the town center location Thursday 07/11/2019 at 6:15pm the afternoon. There were no customers in the store and the sales representatives were not busy. I explained that I went to another Zales location at Perimeter mall and I was told my Engagement ring and band are under warranty. I simply wanted to re-polish/dipped in rhodium on my engagement ring and have a small diamond replaces on my wedding band before our wedding. The woman at the town center location with dark brown curly hair and glasses asked me for the phone number to look at the account that was in my name. She could not find my warranty or my account and blamed it on her lack of knowledge because the company switched to a new CRM system. She said she did not see any warranty purchased and pushed me towards contacting the original store it was purchased at. Her exact words were “I can’t do anything without the paper work.” I explained that my fiancé surprised me with this ring and that I do not walk around with my warranty paperwork. I explained that the Perimeter mall location had no problems accessing my account and she was unable to find anything for me. I could tell she did not want to help me when she told me to call the Cumberland Zale’s and have them fax the paperwork to her. I thought it was incredibly rude for her to not event attempt to help me, blaming her lack of knowledge in the software system, and letting me walk out of the store without being helped at all. She was not accommodating, pleasant, or even the least bit of concerned with trying to provide any type of customer service with me. There was a total of 3 sales reps in the store with no customers, phone calls, or anything preventing them to help me. By far the worst service I have ever received at a jewelry store. No professionalism at all and lack of training and knowledge.
Deana & Dana: these ladies went above and beyond to help make my husband & I welcome. I stopped by the Kays jewelers prior to stopping by Zales they wouldnt even give me the time of day. I simply walked to the edge of the counter and Dana was quick to welcome us and explain about Levian Strawberry diamonds that I was looking at. I was looking for a stackable band and she showed me several. I was very undecided and was just browsing and before coming to the Loves Destiny collection where Deana offered to show me some beautiful pieces. I was surprised to hear about their sales and my husband purchased the beautiful ring for me for our 8th wedding anniversary. This still has me speechless. I was was taught about the uniqueness of my diamond and received this book that showed where it began. Thank you ladies for your awesome customer service. We will definitely be back.

These people are not helpful at all!! by far the worst customer service in a jewelry store ever! i recieved a ring for christmas and was going to exchange it for something else, but due to the lack of customer service in this place now im just going to return it and get one from somewhere else
My husband purchased my rings at Zales 2years ago they are yellow gold and I went to the store recently just to look and was almost convinced into upgrading to a white gold ring. I told the ladies that I really loved my rings I just prefer that they were white gold to match my other jewelry they then began telling me that they could rhodium dip them. So I set it up for them to send my rings off to be dipped and while we were giving all the information the lady ask if I wanted them sodered together so I agreeed to it and it took a month to get them back which wasnt a big deal until I picked them up.... The lady called and left a voicemail that my rings were ready for pickup and she said nothing about the small issue with the order that was placed. I arrived at Zales and they handed me my rings still yellow gold and now sodered together. Needless to say I was PISSED. Zales will not dip yellow gold!!!!!! I would not have sent my rings off just to be sodered I had not even planned on it until the ask when we were working out the details on the rings being dipped. We drove an hour to pick the rings up and the work wasnt done. This is the last purchase that I will make at Zales and I will discourage anyone that ask about Zales from buying from them. Their sales staff need more training and knowledge about the ins and outs of jewelry sales and repair and company policies.
My fiance and I went here to purchase his wedding band in July 2016. Our wedding is in October We had him sized and told ZALES would order him a ring in a nine and a quarter and a nine and a half. We received a phone call the ring was ready. Upon our arrival which is a hour drive we learned they ordered a size 9 and 10.5. The laddies quickly apologized and said they would expedite the order. We accepted and left. The second time after receiving a call we arrived to be told We dont know where the ring is, our system says it is in the store but we cant locate it This is where I lost my patience and told them They are robbing my fiance and I of our happiness and what was suppose to be enjoyable wedding band purchase, never-mind the time and drive to get to the store. The store manager said she understood. Again I accepted the answer and we left. Which was my mistake Well needless to say I was never called. I called them today a month before the wedding to hear, Were sorry but the ball was dropped and we never followed up with your order, Can we have the card number to refund your purchase etcAre you freaking kidding me? You as in ZALES apologizing after given ample opportunities to rectify this is unacceptable! We are getting married in a month and that is your solution! The store manager didnt even have the decency to contact me, nor would they provide me with there district manager or regional manager contact info. Lastly they gave me the wrong 1800 number for ZALES number. This place was extremely unprofessional, not customer orientated and RUDE. I would never recommend anyone to do business with them! I will make it my personal agenda to rectify this issue through corporate. If i am unable to get my fiance the ring he deserves for our wedding. ZALES can pick up half our wedding expenses!!!
