Pandora at Town center mall in Cobb County, Georgia ๐ค๐คwas friendly and helpful. The sales associate that helped me found every single charm I asked for, and was more than willing to package my purchase the way I asked. The only thing was due to covid-19, only 6 people at a time are allowed in the store (with a mask mandatory), so I had to wait in a (ever expanding) line while the customers inside stopped for A LONNNG time..there should be a time limit or there should be catalogs provided for the people standing in line so they know what theyre there to get..I knew right away,and was in and out...we are still in a pandemic afterall..
The worst customer service experience I have ever gotten at a Pandora store. I went in to exchange a graduation present and buy additional jewelry (I planned to spend over $200). The moment I walked In the women didnโt pay a single bit of attention to me (I was literally the only one in the store) and then when I tried to exchange they wouldnโt let me. I also asked when I came in to see additional items. After the woman told me she wouldnโt exchange my charm she proceeded to ignore me again. I walked out of the store without spending a dime because of her rudeness.
Helpful and waiting on me immediately although due to Covid, only minimum customers in the store.
A very very very long time ago I used to work here. They since have changed managment a few times. And I donโt shop Pandora much after seeing how Pandora changed how they make charms. BUT I went in this week to get a gift for someone else and I was pleasantly surprised. The line moved quickly considering.. (The line was due to covid restrictions.) I was helped by Caroline and it was really lovely to see someone upholding the traditional Pandora values. Very kind and professional even through a mask. Ask for her when you go in!
Literally the worst Pandora store iโve ever been to. I went one morning to get a thumb ring. I told the woman helping my that my fingers were a little swollen (itโs my body so I know.) I found the ring I liked and asked for a smaller size. She refused to give it to me because โyou need to be able to take it off easilyโ well now I have a ring that iโve lost 5 times due to it falling off out of nowhere. I went to exchange it and they said I couldnโt because there was a small scratch on the back. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Went to pick up a charm I had ordered. When I got there, there were more than 30 ppl in line but when one of the associates realized I was there just to pick up, she took me right in and my experience was superb
The attention is very poor, the people who are there work unwillingly, I wanted to change an accessory and the girl told me that I could not change it because it was on sale and that if I did not leave, she would call the police, that person would not serves to work with customer service! must learn at least manners!

Iโve had good experiences in this store but there has been a few time that I have waited for 10 mins or more and no one spoke nor acknowledged my presence. I understand if you are helping someone else, but it doesnโt take much to say โhi, we will be with you in a momentโ, or whatever. Thatโs probably my biggest quirk with this store. Other than that, they have a good selection and are never too packed, granted I go during the weekdays
Visited for the first time a few days after Valentines day. My wife, daughter, and I stood at the counter, waiting to be helped. It wasnt until I got someones attention, that we were finally acknowledged. We made our purchase, and was on our way. 2 days later, the 3 stones fell out of my daughters ring. My wife went in to return the ring, and was informed there is not a return policy. She was then informed that my daughter was too rough with the ring, causing the stones to fall out. They ordered us another ring, with attitude, on our way again. 6 weeks later, the ring has arrived. My wife goes to pick it up, and is rudely informed that if this happens again, there would be no warranty, and that we were lucky that they covered the first one for a year. I called, irritated at this point, spoke to the manager on duty, and was told I would get a phone call a few days later. Guess what? No phone call, hence the bad review. I tried to resolve the issue before reviewing the company, but it doesnt surprise me the overall store manager didnt call. Look at his or her employees, and how they behave. well here is another 1 star review to go with your outstanding 3.9 avg!
Bought a bracelet for my mother in law for her birthday. She had to exchange it for a larger size, no issues. And she loved it.
Ive been in several times. Half the times Ive left because they were crowded with too few staff that didnt acknowledge I existed. Couldnt tell if there was an order to helping the next customer. Once, they were fairly courteous and I got what I needed...spent several hundred dollars. However they had at least three sales women, i was the only customer, and i was not a priority to whatever store business they were focused on. A few times, courteous, somewhat professional, but not what Id call friendly. So its a store Ill go to when I need pandora and cant wait for an online order. But begrudgingly...not looking forward to the experience. Sad, because with very little effort, they could make it a nice experience even if a wait was required. My biggest issue is they never ever answer the phone. So for these reasons, I look first to pandora online, online stores (even ebay), jewelry stores that carry pandora, and other close by locations. They must not have individual store goals to meet.

Ive been calling this store for over a week. Bought a bracelet for my daughter and 4 charms in august. One of the charms has broke. Its the holidays and the mall is slammed. I just want to ask about the charm I spent $50 on. It would be nice to speak to someone without driving 30 miles one direction first. Part of having a business is answering the phone.
