Glass installation took longer than anticipated. Job was completed in about two and one half hours even though 5 hours was estimated to complete. Overall installation went well and I am happy with my new glass.

Called them with a small job I couldnt get many places even interested in helping me with without charging the proverbial arm & leg. Michelle addressed my request so politely I actually chuckled to myself and was very pleased at the estimate she gave. She called the next morning to let me know my mirror was ready. Easy pick-up and cordial service. These are the type of people that help you smile through a pandemic. I recommend is business!!

From a single replacement due to a sports accident to a full house replacement due to foggy windows, the team at Fast Glass has been nothing but professional. The new panels look amazing, especially the picture window they replaced. Cost was lower than we expected and the whole process made me wish we had fixed the windows when we moved in, and not as we are prepping to sell.

I needed glass in a large window replaced. I received a fair quote from Fast Glass Mirrors & More (one of the lowest cost out of 5 other companies that I looked at) and had the glass replaced that same day! All other companies quoted me at least 2-3 weeks. It literally took the installers 30 minutes to complete the replacement of 2 huge glass panes that are super old (80s) on this window and it now looks almost brand new! This company has a longstanding history and makes their own glass. Glenn, the owner is super knowledgeable about glass and his staff is professional and super efficient. I will definitely use them again!

They did what they said they were going to do for a good price. Replaced two broken window panes quickly and reliable. Would call them again for custom glass work!

Horrible horrible experienceThey said they can replace the broken glass for me in 2 weeks 6 weeks later it was scheduled in a Wednesday morning to be delivered and installed between 9 to 10No calls so confirmation, at 5 pm tue I called to confirm they say due to weather because its raining they cant do itTheir next available day its Monday next weekVery unprofessional they made me wait 6 weeks when their promising date was 2 weeksAnd now after causing so much Inconvenient they cant move no one to Accommodate for meThey didnt call or let me know they cant do it tomorrow either will never do Bussines with them again

These guys saved my closing! I needed to replace a broken window for a house I was selling. I ordered the replacement window from another window place closer to my house. After over two weeks of waiting for that one to come in, I ran out of time. I was referred to these guys and figured I would give it a shot.I took them my broken window and they had new glass ready to be put in 2 hours later! I did replace the pane myself. But this was a double layer insulated window... not just a piece of cut glass. I wish this is where the story ended, but it is not! During my installation the pane fell out of the housing (because of my mistake of not securing it properly) and broke into a million pieces on the floor. I will say that the glass fit perfectly; but, I still had my closing in just a few hours and again was without glass. I called Dillon back and he said he could have me a replacement in an hour. So I headed that way. When I got there it was ready and I was on my way. I guess I should say these guys saved my closing twice. Thank you for the quick and excellent service!

Mike went above & beyond to complete my job, picking up a piece from a salvage yard to complete the job properly. Their prices beat 5 other estimates by 10-15% & their customer service is excellent. Pleasure to do business with!

Took them the bottom of one of our Double Pane Windows that had condensation on the inside of the unit. They had it replaced, looking great the same day and for a very reasonable price. Thank you for your great service!

Fast Glass was absolutely awesome. Other glass companies wanted to charge $150 and send my window sash (with broken glass) away for 2 weeks. Fast Glass charged me half that and replaced the glass on premises in under 2 hours. They are head, shoulders and torso above all the other glass companies in Atlanta-land.

Terrible service. We paid 52.97 to have 2 mirrors replaced and same sealed or glued back into artifact frame. Mirrors cut, but was not sealed into frame. Representatives did not inform me as a customer when piccked up frames. Very unwelcoming office atmosphere, and thats putting it lightly...

I called to see if I could make an appointment for someone to repair my windshield.I talked to an actual person told me the person I need to talk to was not in and took my name an number and said I would get a call back. Hours later no call. I called back and told m there was no record of my call eralier. Ok, can I talk to someone now please? So I was transferred and then hung up on. Well apparently they do not want my business.Dont waste your time.

I stopped by the other day to ask a question about the weatherstripping on my windshield. One of the men came out and looked at it with me and ended up fixing the problem that the previous owner of my car had messed up. Other places tried charging me over $150 and he was very trusting and fixed the simple issue right there! I will definitely be back for any other issues with glass!
