Fabulous antique & collectors shop too frequent, especially the mid-century. Otherwise very eclectic & great coffee shop Rockabilly Coffee in downtown Kennewick. Coffee shop in remodeling phase.

There are nice retro pieces at the Roxy, lots of books, an art gallery, and theyre expanding their coffee shop.

Decent shop and interesting items displayed. Worth the visit, and we will return.

Its a cute downtown vintage shop. Clean, nicely organized and layout is comfortable. Its a nice place to leisurely shop. They have some really cutes mid century stuff.

Always an interesting collection. They expanded their book collection. Ann the owner is very nice and knowledgeable. Her and her vendors are always helpful and will go the extra mile to help me find what I am looking for.

I find the shop owner Ann very unprofessional and quite unpleasant at times. I have shoped there for years. But after my last purchase, when I asked if any break on items price she was very rude! We are shopping at a used thrift shop, prices are always up for discussion. Very unpleasant experience and I and my family will no longer shop there. Sorry to all the vendors but I just dont believe Ann is making the shopping a enjoyable time for most folks.

The lady behind the counter was helpful and friendly. There was so much neat stuff to see. Well be going back again soon.

I really loved the shop and it had an art gallery downstairs yaaay! However when I asked about it all I got was a defensive reply of why?! And then she guessed right I was a local artists. I am kinda interested but building a massage business right now. She asked do I want to sell any. I said no, she then proceeds to educate me on art is about selling not showing. Ill be back in the store but I am hoping this lady learns to not be condescending to people you came out as very rude. To the point that I dont want your help.

I had never visited this shop before and thought I would check it out since I enjoy going to antique/vintage shops. The lady at the front desk ignored me and looked away and acted as if she didn’t see me walk in. I waited awhile to see if she would even ask if I needed some help finding something and she didn’t. First and last time I will go to this shop.

Ann is awesome and will always keep a lookout on things for us that were looking for! Shes great about rotating vendor items, and keeping things fresh!

I used to love this store...until this afternoon. My family was visiting from out of town and I was looking forward to taking them to Roxy Theater. We were in the store less than five minutes and overheard the lady behind the counter intervene in a couples conversation. She was extremely rude to them they were talking about some furniture of some sort, and she said something along the lines we dont talk about them here, if your going to talk about them take it out of my shop. Im not nosey but being professional is important to my family and she could have been polite or discreet but the whole shop heard it. My husband walked out and hes the one that introduced me to this place. Because the customer service made the atmosphere uncomfortable the furniture was no longer appealing.
